  2. To increase the level of mass in your body, lift heavier weights. Try picking one group of muscles, like your arms. Make sure you do a set of reps using light weights. Your warm up should included 15 to 20 reps. The second set should involve weights for which you are only able to do 6-8 reps. When you are on your last reps you should add five pounds.
  3. Record everything you do daily. Write down every exercise you do and every morsel of food you put into your body. You should also record the day's weather conditions. You will see what you need to improve on. If you slack off on your workout for a couple days, record the reason for this lapse.
