We are both a PvP / PvE oriented Twink guild, looking primarily for 70-74s to join our ranks. Running premade teams and arenas daily; raid runs for gearing our members, partnered with experienced twinks and a solid community, we look to expand and make Moon Guard shine as one of the best casual / dedicated twink guilds in the US.

NOTE:
Every new member will be in a probational rank for one week to see how they fit in with the guild, how active they are, and how competent / attendant for PvP and PvE events.

					----GUILD REQUIREMENTS----


					HAVE A CHARACTER SHEET REFERENCE:
Knights and above are expected to have a chardev, or armoury reference to know what items they must seek out to become Best in Slot. This is a requirement, every twink will be asked if they have one and a link will be requested; if you want to make it somewhere in our guild you must be progressive on your character.

						   BE ACTIVE:
Depending on how active a certain person is, it will be reflected on their rank. We encourage our twinks to be active and progressively seek out their Best in Slot, along with learning your class if need be. All twinks will be monitored and few will be selected for our Rated BG team / PvE ICC Progression

						RESPECT YOUR GUILD:
If said member has been reported for harassing outside players, trolling, starting arguments in guild chat, or not giving shits about their behavior; refer to our penalty system below.

-^-PENALTY SYSTEM:
This information will be stored in officer notes of every single member in guild ( Including Junior and Veteran officers ). Each strike is gained via doing what is said above, this includes but not limited to:

.Disrespect of fellow guild mates and officers
.Spamming in or out of guild chats; Trade,General,Yell, etc.
.Racism ( Joking is allowed TO AN EXTENT, but be wary this is a touchy subject )
.Dishonest or untruthful ( Especially if proven wrong via screenshots )
.Extending debacles or arguments / drama already ruled by council.
.Falsifying information about Council rulings, I.E spreading false information in or out of guild after the situation in question was solved. This is -strictly- prohibited, and will be dealt with extreme prejudice; "There is a line between voicing your opinion and seeding dissent."

More so, if a Champion or higher ranked member were to gain three strikes, they shall be demoted appropriately depending on severity till proven against their transgressions. If continued, a kick will be imminent. As for any rank below Champion they will only have a three strikes, once those strikes are used, said member ( Applies to Vets after second row of strikes. ) will be kicked and not allowed in guild for a month. That being said, every strike will be in company by a warning.

Bans have been recently implemented due to high amounts of poor conduct received from many members, and recent growth spurt of Twisted Nethers. These will work as follows.

.Bans will only be given out if a member is kicked -twice- out of guild with the strike system in play
.These can vary as well, you do not need to be kicked twice to prove you are nonredeemable in terms of conduct. Although these are usually for severe cases ( Ninja'ing guild bank or abuse of power ) Of course not limited to those two.

					BATTLE.NET & TWINKINFO FORUM REGULATIONS - IMPORTANT-

Albeit everyone is allowed to post at their leisure. As long as you have <Twisted Nethers> under your player name, you will post mature, respectable, and informative posts. If you are caught, or a complaint is submitted about any scenario ( Most likely disrespectful babble. ). You will be subjected to either demotion or termination depending on the severity.

>Breaking this regulation will go through all three of your strikes.
>Grand Council member or above must initiate this, none below the GC rank may kick for this reason.
>A GC member will put themselves on the line with their accusation, risking their rank as proof ( Along with

					  ---GUILD BANK AND SUPPLIES---

Twink guild needs its supplies, we've got that covered. Our guild bank will be supplied with any of your needs, if above the Sergeant rank you may ask for items within the bank via sending tell to a Royal Council member or higher.
Champions will eventually have the ability to withdraw from the guild bank once it has reached a certain level.

Note: ANY materials that aren't wrath level are to be sent to Volie, instead of being deposited into Guild bank, this is for the 'Profession leveling service'.

						---WRATH GEMS---

We've had a debacle or two in terms of how to distribute gems in guild bank that are both donated and bought for guild. This should solve that issue.

Wrath gems will be distributed in two ways.

-Donation Credits-:
These credits will be placed in normal note, for those who donate however amount of gems to the guild; one gem, one point. Per point obtained you may use it to grab a gem from guild bank at a later time, for free.

-Purchasing-:
If you're not donating, you will be buying gems. Depending on what rank you are the price will vary, the default price being based off the average auction house pricing. ( If there's no gems on the AH, the default price will be 250g per gem. )

					  ---PROFESSION LEVELING SERVICE---
			  =[This service is only allowed to Knight Lieutenants and above]=

Council member Enovia has decided to offer guild mates a profession leveling service. At four gold per level, this is an option for those who're on low budget twinking. Limit to two orders per week.

Precautions:
.Do not harass Enovia over the profession leveling, it takes awhile to farm all the materials for 450 levels.
.If two orders have been placed already, you will most likely be in a que for the upcoming weeks.
.MULTI ENGINEERING. No, if you are interested in leveling Engineering more than once for Synapse or Tazik, we will only support leveling this profession once. It is up to the user to pay for the rest if deciding to level spam. ( Twinking isn't cheap. )

Some of these addons are not needed, but ones marked with * are a must.

1.oQueue - For premades larger than 5. ( Bit glitchy, so this will not be a requirement for time being. )
*2.Ventrillo - If no mic, that is fine. But please do get one in time if you wish to do RBG.
3.Gladiatorlossa -  Calls out CDs your opponents use in any PvP combat.
4.BGspy - Scans the enemy team and gives you a brief summary of what they have in their arsenal.

( NOTE: As of 4/30/13 characters who have been inactive for more thant 3 months will be demoted to initiate, to make calendar events easier and not hit cap. This rank is returned to the player if he/she were Champion and below. )


1.INITIATE - Leveling to become a twink or a new recruit. (Probational rank)

8.GRAND COUNCIL: Guild Master responsibilities can't always be done alone, this is where these select folk kick in. Twisted Nethers is to have a council based leadership, and its rankings will be empowered to the GM's equivalent. The Grand council holds much power, should the point ever arise where the GM's decisions are questionable or unreasonable; this rank is able to overthrow decisions with numbers and reason. Second in command and in direct consultation with the administrator, these few work relentlessly to provide leadership and promote community development.

As well as answering to the Grand Council members for advice and news of missed details / issues, one could consider this rank a "managing" one. In due time this rank is inherited, usually to a voted Grand Council member. Players who obtain this rank remain in their seat till resignation or overthrown by council members for disorderly conduct or mis-use of power.

 . Continuously served the guild in terms of profession, restocking, accomplishing orders and requests with little down time. This award is limited to crafting professions.

 DBS - DISTINGUISHED BATTLEGROUND SERVICE:
 .Awarded to those who fought while in guild premade groups consistently, and months in time. This is also given to those who have made and / or lead premades on there own; officer or veteran alike.

 MOH - MEDAL OF HONOR
 .Handed out by the Guild Master themselves, this is the highest honourable merit / commendation awarded to any guild member. Given for exemplar service and sacrifice toward Twisted Nethers, ( Following all regulations, reinforcing them, loot council, professions, donations, consistent in all events, all in all an MVP. ) As well as taking initiative, leading not only events, but the guild as a whole.

 	.Your name will always be remembered for your sacrifices, along with it being posted on this pastebin, beside other bearers of the Medal of Honor.

 DPM - DISTINGUISHED PARTICIPATION MEDAL
 .Simple, but a highly important value. Maintained a nearly perfect attendance for raiding or PvP events for 3 months.

 DRL - DISTINGUISHED RAID LEADER MEDAL
 .Awarded to raid leaders in particular, this is given out to those select few who have lead several months worth of raids ( Any Burning Crusade raid ). Restricted to 70 Raiding only.

 MOD - MERIT OF DEVOTION
.The bearer of this merit has proven themselves on more than several occasions the importance of their role. Usually stepping out of their way to help guild members with materials, instances, raids, etc, or overall sacrificing their own time for those in need of aid. Their consistency of going beyond their designated rank to keep the workflow of the guild in motion does not go unnoticed.

	.Due to the illustration of sacrifices, this merit grants a promotion for those below Cadre Commander

 PH - PURPLE HEART

Moved up from being a simple commendation to a medal, this is awarded to not only those who've been in guild longer than 6 months, but more toward those who've earned both the Merit of Devotion and Medal of Honor. Although arguably close to what the Medal of Honor's glory. This medal is merely awarded as a reminder of continuous sacrifice and utter devotion for all to see.

As an exception, this is also awarded to Co-GMs / Grand Council, Cadre Commanders who resign from their duties, and are honorably discharged from their position.

		Koukuei	.2: Founder / Mad Alchemist: Awarded for strict and relentless strive to keep Twisted Nethers a 'non elitist' environment, all in all keeping guild the sanctuary it was in 2012, and a example of what it should continue to be in coming years. Sacrifice in terms of both guild hosting and guild resupplies. This person served as Guild Master consistently and did an exemplar job at it.  Resigned in 2013.

		Kirsa	.3: Co-Guild Master / Bladefister: This person proved themselves in sheer sacrifice to keep the twinking community running in terms of supplies. Constantly serving the PvP branch of the guild with materials for professions along with consumables. May this person be remembered for his deeds prior to transgression. Resigned / Dishonorably Discharged in 2013

		Enovia	.4: Grand Council / The Calculator: Besides being the ridiculous number cruncher and theory-crafter, this person has been consistently vigilant in terms of bracket changes and guild events / conduct. Proving themselves to be an exemplar poster, giving Twisted Nethers a reputation for the better among the Battle.net forums; one could see Eno as an "Ambassador". Rewarded in 2013, In Service.

		Void	.5: Grand Council / Master Monk: In regards to proving exemplar service in both PvP and PvE scenarios alike, Void has proven themselves against all odds; be it full PvE in Battlegrounds or defeating the impossible, encounter after encounter in Icecrown Citadel. This person will always be remembered for their conviction, and want to achieve something greater for all of 70-74 twinking. Rewarded in 2013, In Service.

		Ineyer	.6: Royal Council: Selfless, would be the word to describe this being. Going above and beyond ten fold, even for his ranking. Donating over 30,000 currency to the guild bank, along with Wrath gems, and continuing to be a silent knight. May this person be remembered for their utmost selfless actions and behaviour. Rewarded in 2013, In Service.

		Oniyui .7 Grand Council / The Soft Heart: Patience and understanding, is what this person rules by. Proving to many officers, co-gms, and even the GM themselves what the values of understanding are worth. Dedicating her time to ensure the guild's progression in both membership, professions, and guild bank; she has continued to reinforce regulations in such a manner in which is exemplary. May this person be remembered for their devotion, and continuously loved by her guild mates. In Service

					--WEDNESDAY BLACK TEMPLE-- PvE

					--FRIDAY ALLIANCE DUEL EVENT-- PvP ( Currently once every other week )

Inviting beginning at 5:00 PM ST, this will be a US wide event. Accepting all servers, this is intended to keep the bracket healthy; and a good way to have fellow twinks meet new people. These events may escalate to much larger activities such as Alliance vs Horde, or perhaps a raid or two for old time's sake. Usually afterward the event encourages premades. 						-LOOT REGULATIONS-

.PvE loot in guild will be sorted out strictly among it's ranks with several factors and variables determining whether who deserves said BiS piece; these include participation conduct, activity, ranking, and competence.

.Loot among alien servers, or to be specific, pugs; will be justified depending on a number of factors.  One being the gear they're currently wearing, nearly full BiS will be considered "Champion" ranking, and those working on BiS or below half their required gear will be considered Knight Lieutenants.

.Participation does not come with the temporary given rank, it merely helps ensure loot goes to people who are near completion. I.E, an off-server Champion and on server Champion needing on the same item, participation will play a -huge- deciding factor in a case like this, but of course not the sole factor
.Knowning your BiS will also be required for off server players, rolling need randomly and on gear that's arguably not BiS will result in suspicion and less of a chance of you earning an actual upgrade piece

.RANGED items will have hunter priority, due to the recent Mists of Pandaria changes

.Again, -all- twinks are expected to known what their Best in Slot is before coming to raid, loot rolls are intended to be short; does not take long to identify an upgrade.

.IF A LEGENDARY DROPS- it will be discussed in guild, again the rank system will be put into play. Also a glaive that needs completion will have priority. ( Due MoP release, most legendaries are not BiS anymore, since nearly all classes are going for socket items to increase their primary / secondary statistic effectiveness. )




				     -ORGANIZED PvP - PRESET BG PREMADE TEAMS-


Due to the bracket activity increasing, and large amount of premade teams beginning to form; Twisted Nethers will form the appropriate counters to negate this Horde 'call to arms'. To start off, we will be forming two preset BG teams, the rosters will be updated as the weekend proceeds, and afterward editted to reflect any changes to the list.

Becoming a PvP Commander ( PvP CMD ):

Will be no easy task, one of the many prestigeous titles and honors available in Twisted Nethers. These are be based off a 'vouching' system, having those under your command give you a +1 point toward a "Leadership Counter" Some rules to this system,

.Must at least Knight Lieutenant to vouch
.The receiver must screenshot each point given to them
.A player has a maximum of 3 available points to give per month, resetting the first of each month

Being a valuable Asset ( MVP ):

Of course, leadership isn't the only path to honour and glory, and it isn't for all souls. However, proving competence and following orders to the point given by your commander will prove invaluable to keeping your spot on whichever team you're on. This will tracked as well via an "MVP Counter", which to be taken the same way as Leadership Counters, except they are given by your Commanders.
