While you're quite a funny and sarcastic guy, I will try to 'professionally' and explain what exactly happened before and during the ban.

Before Nathan forced the agreement upon us, Lee was sniping Officers during a robbery and Nathan instantly assumed he was using aimbot but yet, you can't even use aimbot with a sniper but Lee was still banned. To get Lee unbanned, we had to agree that "If any of the Falcones(Myself, Lee and Tommy) excessively non-RP'd or use hacks we would all be banned". It isn't exactly fair since when someone else gets banned, their whole 'social' group don't get banned either. The Police non-RP on a daily basis but they don't receive bans, only prisons. So where's the fair justice in that?

Anyhow, we had to agree to it otherwise Lee wouldn't get unbanned. Surely if Nathan definitely knew he hacked, Lee wouldn't of got unbanned that easily. So for the next following days, we ensured that we didn't do anything excessively non-RP any just like always, none of us used hacks. Then, I got in my NRG and I was just riding around with my other mates and doing random 'races' where I did the up-bug on a motorbike. They weren't long term races or anything out of the ordinary, nor did I use the up-bug to escape any Police chases, only just mess around with others.

Lee on the other hand, did a little non-RP landing with his helicopter which Nathan thinks is 'excessively' non-RP, that is beyond stupid. Why are myself and Lee getting 'stay banned' for the most minor offences on C-RP? The majority of the community do the 'up bug' on a motorbike, even the PD. And from time-to-time, they also non-RP land a helicopter. So during the shoot out where the Police attempted raid the and snipe us at the habourside rollers, we get banned for 'violating the agreement'.

We then went ahead and asked how did we violate the agreement and his initial response was 'i felt like it'. Then when Kellicia entered the channel, he eventually said "Warren up-bug abused and Lee non-RP'd land". The fact that he's allowed to enforce this shitty ban shouldn't be allowed. He also said Lee or Tommy drive-by'd abuse but yet, we never shot anyone with it because we're aware Mafias aren't allowed to driveby.

Finally, I'd like to include the fact that he said someone tried to resolve his IP from a skype resolve about 40s after his ban. What a bullshit accusation. You can't even find out whether someone tried to resolve your IP from a Skype resolver and nor did we want to ddos him because it'd just make the situation worse. I am not sure why he hates us but he likes to use his fishy commands on us to get feel the satisfaction.
