  1. Reminder: Sharepoint is a document repository. It is for sharing documents like tech manuals, PDFs, etc.
  2.
  3. The Wiki is for documentation. How-To's, FAQ's, etc.
  4.
  5. Can you please make sure your staff is aware of the proper places for storing information. Seeing word documents 5 directories deep in a Sharepoint repo is not the place for storing common questions about a device. It is unsearchable, slow, and not what it was designed for.
  6.
  7. I do not want to have to get to the point where we have to revoke access to systems being used inappropriately, so please make sure your staff knows what systems should be used for what purposes. I've emailed about this to everyone before but it is still happening.
