CYOA - Day 1

>Another bump on the road and the carriage you're in jumps once again
>you're Anonymous and you are pretty nervous right now, you are moving in to a manor
>a large manor near the mothpony village
>you'll be living with a few mothponies in there as you try to get used to the life in Equestria
>a new life in Equestria, you still can't believe how lucky you are
>soon the carriage comes to a halt and the driver informs you that you have arrived to your destination
>you brace yourself and step out
>it is the evening now, the sky is orange from the setting sun and it makes the mansion seem omnius
>it is a pretty big ass house and it almost looks like those cheesy halloween spooky houses you have seen in every cartoon ever
>even a few crows take off from the dead trees near the walk up to the door and caw at you
>deciding that you do not want to waste any more time you grab your luggage and thank the driver pony as he leaves
>welp, here goes. Time to meet the mothponies you are going to share the house with for your stay
>you've been filled in on the mothpony infos and whatnots so you won't be flying in blind
>you walk up to the enormous mansion and just as you are about to knock on the door you notice a note on it
>"Dear human, we had to run quickly to do some errands so saddly we won't be there when you arrive. We left the door open for you so you can take your luggage to your room, just follow the signs"
>you wonder how someone could leave this sort of a huge house unlocked and then head in
>the main room is very large, and you see large doors leading off to the left and right, and stairs that go upstairs
>there are a lot of papers taped to the floor/walls with arrows that point upstairs and then to the right sided corridor
>following the arrows, you arrive to a door that has a piece of paper with "Human" written on it
>this must be your room
>you push the door open
>wow, this room is huge, and great
>a large bed with that roof thingy, the ones you would see in houses with antique interior, a huge wardrobe, a few more spaces to put yoru items in, a large antique writing desk, fancy carpet, own bathroom with a large bathtub, a balcony...
>the list goes on and on, you almost feel like you would be in some historical high class hotel
>you unpack your things and then sit on the bed
>what to do next? THe jorney was long and you feel a bit hungry, or you could take a nap, or explore the house, or pretty much anything your mind can think of at the moment

>you fall back to lie a bit on the bed and go over things for a bit
>your life in the human world, getting into Equestria, this mission of yours, going to live with 2 mothponies you do no even know...
>you sigh and get up, no use in thinking things too deeply, it’s time to explore!

>you are currently on the upper floor, on the right side of the house
>it contains three doors, yours is the middle one
>you take a peek at the two doors, which reveal smaller, empty rooms with no balcony
>nothing there, moving on
>you walk to the left side of the house and see 3 doors yet again, but this time the two smaller ones have names on the doors and the large room has nothing written on the door
>you peek into the middle room, and find a room similar to yours, but empty
>nothing there, moving on
>you look at the two doors, one of them has Speckie written on it and the other has Dusty
>you decide to peek into the Dusty one first
>it’s a cozy room, not as antique in furniture but very neat, and the owner is definitely female. Or very feminine male
>you decide to not go in to respect the privacy of someone you are going to be living with
>you peek into the Speckie room, and you find similar furniture as in the Dusty room, but this room is a mess, stuff here and there
>you close the door. Next up, do-
>...wait
>you listen carefully
>...
>nothing
>that’s weird, you were sure you heard faint giggling of a filly just now
>you decide to head downstairs now, and as you walk down the stairs you can’t help but to feel a bit creeped out
>you decide to go trough the right side again, and you arrive in a large room of sorts
>there’s a lot of books, a big fireplace, chairs, a lot of stuff. This must be the social area or something
>Another giggle
>this time you heard it for sure
>you rush to the left side of the house in a hurry, your hair standing up a bit against your will
>you push the door open to reveal a large dining room and at the same time you notice a swift movement of something light blue at the corner of your eye
>you look and see a door moving slightly, as in someone had just used it
>you steel your mind and push trough the door to see-
>the kitchen, but nothing more
>you search the area swiftly and conclude that there is no one else in there
>this is starting to get a bit spooky...
>you are startled by the sound of the front door
>you hold still and listen
“Human! Are you here?”
>you let out a breath you did not know you were holding, seems like your mothmates have arrived home
>you start to make your way towards the lobby but then stop
>this will be your first impression on them, how are you going to do it?
>”Did you just decide one day to buy a huge mansion or something?”
>Dusty shakes her head
“Oh no, this was left for inheritance to us by our father. He was a rather...peculiar individual”
>you decide to not pry any more
>Speck stretched herself a bit
“Well, I am off to a nice warm bath to relax, see you at dinner. Your turn to cook tonight Dusty”
>Speck flies off to upstairs and Dusty starts to make her way to the kitchen, but turns to look at you before opening the door to the dining room
“Dinner won’t be on for a while, you should find something to pass your time with”

>welp, now you have been introduced to the two whom you will be living with you see no reason that the three of you would not get along great once you get to know the mothponies a bit well and vise versa
>Now, how to spend the time?

>you wait around for a little bit and then head upstairs with a single goal in your mind
>you’re going to spy on Speck taking a bath
>you tiptoe your way sneakily to the left side of the house and then pause
>where exactly is she taking her bath? It did not look like there were any bathrooms for the smaller rooms
>but then you notice another door across the three ones, and you hear the sound of someone running a bath for them
>that solves that
>carefully you try the door
>it moves, how lucky of you, Speck must have forgotten to lock it or something
>you peek in very carefully and see the inside of a luxurious bathroom and Speck sinking herself into the bathtub
“Aaahhh~ that hits the spot...”

>this is not as fun as you thought it would be
>Speck just sits there, enjoying the warm bath
>now that you think about it more, what sort of fun could you see in a pony taking a bath, they’re naked almost all the time anyway

“I came to inform my sister the food was ready and we should search for you, but it seems now that that is not needed”

>then the three of you have your dinner in silence, partly because you are not sure what to talk about, Dusty seems not interested in chatting and Speck is too busy eating the soup
>you find it amusing how the mothponies drink the soup with their tongue and then chew the pieces of sausage normally
>the soup is good tough, which you mention to Dusty as she cleans up the plates and surprisingly gives you a little smile
>you offer to help the sister clean up but they tell you that you should just relax and get familiar with the house for now
>so you decide to take a bath which was nice
>as you come out from the bath you ponder what to do next
>you still have time for 1 more activity before you head off to sleep as the day ha been very tiring for you with all the traveling
>how shall you use this time?

>you get up and put on a pair of college trousers, commando, and a t-shirt and then make yoru way to towards the other side of the house
>you arrive at Specks door and knock on it
>”Speck, you there? I want to chat a bit with you”

>Speck puts the magazine down and listens
