Masipag

1. Masipag is an expert on Prometheus, and has based her career on them
2. Prometheus falls, and Masipag has to go to the lab to look for stuff. She finds telekill.
3. They get telekill back to Sector 19 and find out its properties, with some hints as to what its bad properties will be
4. Bad properties start coming out, Masipag tries to cover them up to protect her career
5. Masipag starts to be affected by it, and it gets worse as she goes on missions and stuff. eventually she succumbs to the effect.
6. The Administrator talking to FritzWillie about how Masipag was a disappointment. Maybe have Gears, cyrus, Agent Bijhan, or Agent Kraito
