● You can target 1 monster your opponent controls; discard 1 "Gymnastic HERO" monster from your hand, and if you do, banish that monster.
● You can draw 1 card, and if that card is a "Gymnastic HERO" or "Flexible Gymnast" monster, Special Summon that monster. Otherwise, banish it.
Trap Effect: Target 1 "Flexible Gymnast" monster in your Graveyard, except "Flexible Gymnast Ksenia" and 2 "Gymnastic Method" Spell Cards in your Graveyard; shuffle all 3 into your Deck, and if you do, draw 1 card. You can only activate 1 "Flexible Gymnast Ksenia" per turn.
