Alright so when you get to around 47-50 you're going to notice that mobs are hitting you really hard and players are hitting you harder. Luckily there are three relatively easy quests that set you up with some really good arcane (or higher) gear. This will be a guide on how to obtain said gear.

Please keep in mind when you complete a quest you'll be asked to pick a cloth, plate, or leather box. DO NOT mix and match sets! Figure out what gear you're going to be using before you choose because you'll be using this gear for a long time!

Bottom Armor (Boots, Legs, Belt)
First you'll want to head to the top of Galegarden in Hasla

Here you'll find Overseer Hichee

The quest he gives you requires you to kill some Deer which are just north of his location.

Keep in mind all of these quests can be overachieved, which also means they can be COMPLETED EARLY! This will not affect your loot in any way so I highly recommend it to save time!

Top(Chest, Gloves, Vambraces)
For the next box you'll need to head to Iona in Karkasse Ridgelands

Unfortunately I'm not sure which npc has the starting quest you need! However I know for a fact it's the quest where you have to net a Wyrmkin Scout

So grab that quest and complete it and then head over to Jeyon for the quest that gives you your box

He gives you a quest that requires you to kill a wyrmkin boss which you can find south of Iona

Helmet/Hat
The next quest is received from a neutral minotaur named Ushram

He requires you to kill a few minotaur berserkers, again COMPLETE THIS QUEST EARLY TO SAVE TIME! When the quest is ready for completion you have to head to a new npc to turn it in.

Rothrum then gives you a quest to kill a minotaur shaman boss, he deals high AoE magic damage so you might need help if you're not wearing cloth.

After you kill Akam you'll receive your helm box.

Now comes the rough part! if you don't already have a level 35+ weapon then you're going to want to grind hadir farm to get one for the next area! I mean it!

Weapon
Hasla token farming is the bane of your existence, trust me. However if you have some gold put away it becomes less of a chore and more of a minor inconvenience. Keep in mind you will get killed while doing this but it's important that you get it done. Hasla starting weapons have higher stats than magnificent gear, this weapon will CARRY YOU until you get that epic 5k gold one you want.
