  1. I first started out in NW when I bought it back in the fall of 2013. I tried making a regiment called the 44th_EVO later switched to the 44th_EG due to clan changes of the arma 2 clan it was a part of. We honestly never really got anywhere and we had 3-4 members but that's because we had no experience what so ever ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iQheHhPY10k ) Then I met Siwi in the Arma 2 Clan and he introduced me to being a mercenary for his regiment and I grew fond of the regiment which was called the 3rdHIV and decided to join, yes we got made fun of a lot but the name was a joke to begin with lol. I still remember the people from there, some of the people were Siwi the commander, French Fry an Officer, Emily "the girl who didn’t talk", buckman the regimental joker and idiot who annoyed everyone. ( https://youtu.be/owtovQjMzeQ ) It was a good regiment and we has a lot of fun but then one day the regiment was renamed to the Nr62 and things started to take a turn for the worse because Siwi wanted a secondary role and put French Fry in charge who was a good member of the regiment but not in terms of a leader. Seeing this Siwi decided to merge us into the 1stFKI which was under the command of Dodge. Dodge was a stubborn leader and only promoted friends and treated the majority of us that weren't his friends with not a lot of regard so I decided to part ways and left the community after I told Siwi. ( https://youtu.be/A7clIPzB4iI ) Then it was off to the not being in a regiment until I joined the ~ [FH] ~ which took a while to join because I had trouble getting hold of Eatjello but I joined because I liked the zombie server. I came to like Eatjello because in my opinion he was a noble and genuine leader who cared about the community and the group. Then he started to become inactive and I really didn't like it without him, since he was the main leader and there wasn't really any way of going anywhere in the FH unless you were there since the beginning so I had no chance of promotion what so ever so I decided to leave it. (https://youtu.be/KhumIA3sjYA ) Then I took a break from being in regiments and one day I realized after never wanting to be in charge that I finally wanted to be in charge of one because if you don't like the way things are being done do it yourself. So I created the 44th Imperial Guard(before it was the 44th Imperial Rifles, I really liked the number 44th because I like the sound of it and in Red Dead I had a Cavalry Unit called the 44th Calvary, it was misspelled by accident and I realized it in Pike's basin one day when I saw a box that said U.S. Cavalry Arms but it was too late because I had already gotten people to make new accounts on PSN and they leveled up, but back to my story) and I had an enormous backing people that I had known from my Arma 2 clan came on board behind me as leader and bought me a TeamSpeak, another person shelled out 60 bucks for a 200 person slot server for 2 months. Many people I had met over the months of playing mount and blade NW had rallied behind me. So it began a short but great era of support for my regiment. We were not the best but we had fun and people respected me and looked to me for hope and inspiration for the first time in my mount and blade career. However I did not crack down as much as I should of and we had some conspiracies and conflicts. Such as one day I was supposedly ddosed by an NCO who was kicked out for showing no respect or regard for the regiment or future as well as being extremely inactive and the server owner of the TeamSpeak allegedly gave the NCO all the information to DDOS me (the ts3 owner wasn't very smart or aged and was basically really tight with the NCO and the demotion of the NCO happened within 30 minutes of the DDOS). I felt worn down by the regiment and wasn’t in the need for drama and it all didn't feel right to me so I deleted the steam group after announcing it was ending and shutdown what I could. This was the stupidest choice I ever decided to make, Shutting down a growing regiment before it's time had come, and I have come to regret that decision for the former members of the regiment and I myself. ( https://youtu.be/VNoQ8QHGqQ4 ) Next was the 1stKnTMilitia formed a few months after it didn't last long because it was a militia was meant we all dressed in different uniforms and(on Russia we went Line Militia) it wasn't very organized so it died off after the other officers and I decided to pull the plug on it. Then comes about a few months after that my former LtCol insisted that I come and lead his regiment which was the 102nd Royal Grenadiers so I decided to take the opportunity. We had trouble at the start getting people to join since the community had been decreasing for some time but we managed to prevail and were 85 strong at one point. In this regiment I was well respected, I had learned how to be a much better leader on the field and off the field. People looked up to me for guidance and much more than hope but for a passion to make something of themselves in the regiment and in the community. People genuinely respected me and enjoyed taking part in the regiment and taking part of the ceremonies, and actions were made wisely but with swift grace. We weren't perfect because there were some bad leaders that came in from one way or another that we had to get rid of. One mistake I failed to realize was that the regiment like many regiments was built on the backbone of the leader and hadn't moved away from that. One day for personal reasons I had to take a leave of absence. I appointed a successor and other officers in hopes of preserving what the members and I had worked for. However none of the successors had ever had any experience in keeping a regiment running and it soon failed and realizing this I convinced my successor of the regiment to merge into the 26e so people could keep the hard work and their ranks because the regiment had hit a steep decline that would of ruined it because I had left and the leader was gone. The former 102nd members were thankful because they got to retain their ranks and some even talked to me for advice and other stuff to this day which is great. ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=phb0dZozH9E ) The last regiment I was in was the 4thRID which I was invited to as Major of it because they needed experienced officers. TO be honest the Colonel had no leadership abilities, was stubborn, and did not care for the opinion of officers. This became worse when the 4thRID became part of an army and I was promoted to Marshal of the Army and the 4thRID which had a huge amount of influence rebelled against CW because the colonel did not want to listen what the other officers had to say and intended to end CW so he could have a sole dictatorship over it without the CW staff or say. The argument started over a talk of opinion of what should be done for CW and what should be done to help to improve the 4th which needed help. It ended up in all participants getting a strike including me. The Colonel then went off at the leader of CW who wasn’t involved in the argument and he started a rebellion and left. Soon after his rebellion failed and we had won the majority of the 4th members to stay in CW but none of us in CW wanted to maintain a regiment anymore so we invited him back and it was decided by the owner to just get rid of CW and shut it down in a few days and it happened. The 4thRID found a new TeamSpeak and the former members are now rebelling against the colonel of the 4th’s command and finally coming to the side of us and realizing CW was right about the 4th.
