I'm not happy any more with raiding all I do is get mad or rage or QQ. It's not like me, I like the people in the guild -  but i'm not having fun any more.

Xero just logged on then and started asking me to point out everything that he's doing wrong as i'd complained about raid performance in genral about 3 day ago after alt run. Corlena started saying some shit. general drama yadda yaada.

I look for recruitment, i help with website etc. There's just only so much I can personally put in as with everyone else.. but it's come to the point for me personally I feel like i'm banging my head against a brick wall REALLY hard and it's starting to make think "meh" towards raids. people are going around thinking it's okay and are happy with the performance of the raids at the moment - but for me. I want something to push myself in the game to get better and to be more 'forefilling'. I like the people in the guild, i like how the atmosphere is when not in raids - but I can't really explain it any other way than what I have above.
