  4. - Gift for host if staying at a place.
  5. - Camera
  6. - Enough battery power to last a full day of continuous shooting.
  7. - AC charging cable for that camera.
  8. - Monopod
  9. - Camera baseplate for that monopod!!
  10. - SD cards, all your fastest and highest capacity cards you have available, formatted.
  11. - SD card-USB adapter
  12. - Smartphone (with all your camera workflow apps on it).
  13. ** A smartphone with usb otg is recommended now that it can connect directly to cameras and stuff.
  14. - (optional, only if you have a smartphone with usb otg, and there for more than a day) a usb flash drive.
  15. - WiFi hotspot

  17. - Portable 5V USB battery fully-charged.
  18. - USB charge/synch cable for the phone
  19. ** samsung phones don't seem to charge up on my 5v battery (I'm using a ravpower battery and the usb synch cable that comes with phone). what happens is the cable must have the data +/- pins shorted together in order for the phone to begin charging. you can buy usb charge-only cables from mediabridgeproducts.com
