Jerec has challenged the husband of Casilda, Nihilanth, for her hand. This is not a favorable challenege, however, Sir Bastor Sharpeye has allowed this duel to happen. As such, this is a duel of honor and shall not be to the death.
The duel location has been chosen. It will be held within the Palisades in the Southern Meduli Desert, as soon as both members are are able.

The rules for this duel of honor are as follows:
No One Shall Die
It is a matter of honor.
The first to fall within an inch of incapacitation shall be deemed victor.
There will be NO interferemce from outsiders.
Spectator will stay a reasonavle distance from the duel ring.
No bets are allowed on this honorable duel.
All melee weapons are allowed.
One Potion of small size is allowed.
Bandaging of wounds is allowed.


Sir Bastor has named Kalliades Lightblade as his choice of Arbitor for the duel.



Jerec made this duel under the false idea that the marriage had yet to happen, but Sir Bastor Sharpeye has deemed the challenge to still hold true, and there will be no exiting this duel.
Jerec has determined to still fight, as he feels Casilda is his one true love. But, due to circumstances beyond Jerec the Footman's control, Sir Bastor has allowed him to choose a champion to fight upon his behalf. Jerec has chosen Kantorr StormBorn, his fellow Footman within the Nave Garrison, to be his champion.



The outcome of this duel was a sad one. Unfortunately, due to unstoppable circumstances, Kantorr StormBorn was injured near fatally before the duel was stopped. The combined guilt of causing a fellow Garrison member to be put in harms way, his dishonorable challenge, and failure in this duel caused Jerec to attempt suicide. Fortunately for the Kingdom, he failed. For these series of dishonorable charges, Sir Bastor Sharpeye has decided to reduce Jerec to Militaman.
For his honor gained, Nihilanth Tametomo was raised to the rank of Serjeant by Sir Bastor Sharpeye.
