Artifact Rope Dart

Long chain, can lengthen and shorten as desired; going from 10 ft long (possibly 20ft) to short enough to pass as a belt. Has enough control that it can grasp around items to grab them and protrusions that the user wants to use to climb, and to unhook from such afterwards, but it doesn't have enough control/strength for it to maintain a clinch on its own). Possibly have its end switch from blade to club allowing choice between bashing and lethal damage.
