Implement the top level C++/Strucutures for wrapping OpenNurbs
-> allocate time to create some test BREP/NURBs via C API, to have a base line which needs to be re-created via python;
-> please make detailed plan of what are those structures, plus time line !

3rd week
Create examples and python classes to improve handling of BREP structures;

4-5 Week
Continue improving BREP, plus wrap openNURBs linbrary functionality if possible;
-> please make some possible suggestions what functionality could be wrapped;
