- Please be aware that our developers will consider responding to your concern if the data was not reset due to your fault.
- However, for documentation purposes, you have to provide the following information in the form below so that we can verify if the lost data is your account.
- In addition, please note that when a game data is initialized after re-installing the application, a new game data will be created along with a new User ID and Inquiry ID.
- Please be informed that we need the account information of the game data you wish to recover/retrieve since we are unable to verify your ownership of the said game data based on the information of your new game data.
- <Information required for data restoration>
- - User ID of the game data you wish to recover:
- - Username of the game data you wish to recover:
- - Inquiry ID of the game data you wish to recover:
- - Character names used in the team of the game data you wish to recover:
- - Progress scene (until what chapter) of the game data you wish to recover:
- - Purchase receipt related to the game data you wish to recover:
- - Additional information on how your game data was lost:
- *As a basic rule, please note that we can only provide support in data restoration once per ID.
- *You may confirm your [Inquiry ID] from Options > User Info.
- *In order for us to verify your ownership of the account, we need the information above.
- *The User ID is required to be filled out and we are unable to retrieve/recover your data without it.
- [For iOS users]
- After logging in on iTunes, take a clear screenshot of the following, and send it to us via email:
- [Order number]
- [No. of items]
- [Date]
- [Amount]
- If you are not able to check the above information on iTunes, an email confirmation will be sent to you a few days after you purchased the item. Please also check the following details from the said email, and send a screenshot of it to us:

- The previous purchases can be viewed by clicking the arrow on the left end of the displayed [Previous Purchases].
- [For Android users]
- The purchase history made on Play Store (Android Market) can be verified in Google Wallet.
- Log in your Google Wallet (http://wallet.google.com/manage), then take a screenshot of your Purchase History. Kindly make sure that the following information is visible:

- [Purchased item]
- [Quantity]
- [Date of purchase]
- [Amount]
- Please attach the screenshot on your email.
- If you are not able to check Google Wallet, an email confirmation will be sent to your registered email address a few days after you purchased the item. Check the following details from the mail and send a screenshot of it to us:

- [Date of purchase]
- [Amount]
- We will do our best to recover the lost data if the above information is proven to be of your account.
