Following is a list of things I came up with, leadership and performance being the main issues.
I would appreciate it if you could give me a response to most of the list. I can also post this in the feedback section of our forum if you want.

Leadership
- More transparency regarding duties (do the officers actually do work? What do they do?)
- Seems like Dooze(aka you^^) doing 90% + of the work and most of current officers just officer cause longtime member
- Officers not willing to step up? (ZG being cancelled although Raiders still need BiS items?!)
- Spread up duties more?
- Classleaders for every class that actually constantly keep an eye on their roster / take care the members -> active recruitment?

Performance / Attendance / Attitude
- Too many people majorly underperforming (although having access to very good gear)
(example: mage raiding in full T2, priest raiding with crappy 1h+oh (+dmg/not even having the decency to get AV offhand), raiding with pvp specc)
 Unfair to members that actually try hard to be useful to raid (doesn’t have to be worldbuffs, just raiding with proper gear, specc and some consumes)
 Run around in IF / the world in whatever gear you like, but in raid be as useful as you can be (team game, not some 1 man “I haf to be stylish” show)
 If dicking around becomes normal cause content is easy, what will happen when there is actual content (AQ soon™)?
 Possible consequences for these people? (“How to play day” / discuss their rota or w/e /if unwilling to change -> serious talk/back to trial? )

- People coming and going whenever they want? (could be stuff I have no idea abou, just wondering)
 Classleaders that know who is available and who isn’t

- Those people keeping their DKP and then allowed to bid on stuff (just caught my attention when one of our rogues came for 1 raid out of 9 and then was allowed to bid on BiS item [not salty about that but still doesn’t seem right])
- Classleaders could make list of gear for their roster (what is BiS / what items are people missing / if people actually don’t know what to gear for)
