Name : Nelissa the Quiet

House Fluff : Primarily a gathering of like minded Nephilim, Nelissa's house is entirely unrelated to her beyond the oaths they have sworn to one another. These oaths are bound in magic and blood.  Most of the oaths sworn have to do with loyalty , preserving the peace and ensuring that chaos does not overtake the Central Empire.

Personal Fluff : Nelissa is old. Very, very old. Possibly the oldest Nephilim still living. She has seen and helped the Empire rise and has no desire to see it fall. Through that time she has learned the price of mortal power and mortal might. It is why she will never try to take a kingdom for herself, nor will she do more then advise, never to rule directly. What she seeks above all else is stability to work her personal projects in peace. When that stability is threatened she descends to the shadows to bring that about once more. Nelissa has personally determined that in order for the Empire to continue as it once did the Crown Prince must take the throne. Though she has learned many skills in her time alive her greatest is her ability to move completely silent with no magical aid. Her mount is a powerful Chimera made from a Roc, a Drake and Unicorn.
