Background:

Harvey Taylor began his life on the Argonaut station at Hooverman-Geischecker, in low Solar orbit. An early successful attempt at uplifting canines, Harvey's intelligence and ability rapidly placed him at the top of his respective heap. Upon reaching maturity at two years of age, Harvey began an accelerated degree program that would earn him his Bachelor of Science and PhD in Sociology in four years. Finishing one semester early, Harvey began to teach Sociology graduate courses on the station. These accomplishments, especially such rapid ones for a new type of uplift have immortalized Harvey among the Argonauts. His thesis especially was well received, an extensive sociological essay on emergent Synthmorph societies and sociological trends. In addition, he joined the Medeans to channel the boundless energy of his bloodline into further productivity for the Argonauts. He was assigned to a battlesuit specially modified to work with his neo-canine morph, and served with distinction. This would go fine for two years, until tragedy struck.

His Sergeant in the Medeans, Timofei Vyrubova, contracted the Exsugent virus during an operation, and came to Harvey for help. Believing that the Argonauts surely had the means to treat, or at least contain, the virus due to catching it so early. Unfortunately, they were wrong. At its apex, Timofei transformed into a psychic swarm of locusts, bent on devouring and ravaging the entire station. He severely damaged a lot of the equipment in the medical wing before the failsafes kicked in, trapping unfortunate friends with the psychic monster until the Argonauts could figure out how to stop him. They didn't need to, as a Firewall team boarded the station uninvited and put an end to the creature's rampage. During the course of their followup, Harvey was contacted and recruited into the organization. While Harvey continues to lecture Sociology courses on the station via recordings and online components, he's quite happy working with Firewall to help put an end to tragedies like that which befell Timofei.
