Her drill acts as a single handed piercing weapon, as well as her horn being stronger due to the digging she has done with it. She never gives up and always aims for the heavens. Her spirit is limitless.

Traits: Dark blue mane with a normal blue coat. Wears goggles meant to protect eyes from dirt while digging. Cutie mark shows a drill (similar to the Drill Artifact that Spiral wears around her neck) with a pair of wings next to it.

History: Spiral (also known as Slave #255) lived in a Diamond Dog hovel meant to contain, breed, and raise slave ponies to serve Diamond Dogs. Spiral was only a filly when she was forced to be a digging pony, meant to carve out the layouts for new tunnels and ensure they were safe to work in without collapses. The only spells she learned was being able to levitate a simple drilling tool and create a light to see while digging out tunnels. One day, during a time where she was trapped within a collapsed tunnel she had been drilling out, Spiral found a strange artifact hidden in the dirt. It looked like like her own drill tool, only it glowed with a strange green light. This strange device inspired Spiral, she wasn't going to be trapped in the dirt like this drill and the rest of the slave ponies. Channeling all she had into her horn, she formed a magical drill atop of her head which allowed her to dig swiftly through the dirt and to the surface. After reaching the surface, she took a moment to take in it's beauties. She finally did it, she drilled up to the heavens that she had only dreamed of. She had to drill further, further than just the surface, she had to aim beyond the heavens. Now armed with her newly found freedom and drill spell (and new cutie mark) Spiral sets out on an adventure.
