The destruction of Porcelain Oasis had hit btoh Keen and Primer painfully hard, although their reactions were starkly different. Keen wanted to rush in and deal with the source, while Primer had had enough and just wanted to take a break form the conga line of torment she had been through
[13:08] <@TenMihara|GM> 3 The group returned to their residential appartments near Gutterville and had a series of discussions. Keen wanted to depart from the group and make one last desperate bid to lay the demons of his past to rest, while the others tried to reason him out of it to avoid getting himself killed. At the very least, they all agree they need some time off to recover and plan what they're really going to do next.

Part of him didn't want to. But the longer he looked at it, the more he realized that this wasn't where he wanted to be. So he went into Primer's room. And waited.
07[13:35] * +Primer eats the cans contents and washes it down with some clean water. Boring but filling. After that she wanders back up the stairs. "I'll better get that Daring Doo book back to Lily first." She opens the door to her room and meets Keen's eyes. "Uhm... hi."

15[13:42] * +Karina turns the amulet necklace over and over in her hooves. This week she was going to learn how to fly... and it was going to be fun.
07[13:43] * +Keen didn't say anything for a little while. He collected his thoughts and just tried to make it good. "... When I was in prison, I was supposed to be there for life, you know that? So, well. I was stuck in a prison for about a year or so with no... Conjugal visits. So you imagine that the inmates that were in there longer than me were a bit antsy."

What would happen is that when they got crazy enough, I was told that when you dropped the soap they, um..." He made a punching gesture and hoped she got it.
07[13:49] * +Keen he frowned slightly. "I never did it. I never saw it. But every day when I entered the shower, I always picked the one that was in the center. I figured if I was cornered... Well." He frowns slightly. "The point is, I can't sympathize with you, the reason being that nothing in my life has prepared me for what happened here."

04[14:07] * @Wraith` looks about the room he's in and spots a wardrobe. Trotting over to it, he places the labcoat from that crazy fucking ghoul in it. He then takes out his pressurized sealed container of seeds and wonders if Karina should have them.
07[14:08] * +Keen let that thought churn in his head for a while. You see, Keen? Even when you try to be selfless, you're a selfish asshole. She can do better. Anypony can. He made his way back to his room, and for the first time in a long, long time, he found the tears to cry again.
15[14:09] * +Karina wouldn't mind having them. She'd probably just eventually put them back into the Stable's orchard, though, depending on what they were.

04[14:11] * @Wraith` inspects the seeds inside and realizes... these really weren't the type of seeds he was searching for. Giving a slight frustrated breath, he turns and exits his room and searches for Karina's room... where in Tartarus' flaming plot hole was it?!
07[14:13] * +Primer climbs back into her bed and curls up on it, sniffling and crying her new eyes out. Goddesses, where was a tub of chocolate ice cream when you needed it? The wasteland sucks.
15[14:14] * +Karina 's room is just across from Wraith's. Initially she had wanted it to be close to Smart Cookie's... Her door is open and she's laying on her bed, her gear in the corner of her room.
07[14:15] * +Keen genuinely wished, for the briefest moment in time, that he could finally know what it was like for Primer.
07[14:15] * @Wraith` is so oblivious! Trotting to her door, he stands at the threshhold and knocks on the side to gain her attention, speaking out in a masculine gravely voice, "Hey."
15[14:16] * +Karina looks up at the doorway, slightly startled. She stops fidgeting with the magical necklace in her hooves. "Hey."
07[14:18] * @Wraith` eyes the mare for a moment, curious one at what she did in her spare time. Pulling out his pressurized seal container of seeds he says, "I found these in the Stable we're trying to fix up. I thought they were something else, but they're not. I figured it would probably be best left with you." he looks at the container and squints, "I'm prettty sure these are Apple seeds. Good incase you need to grow more trees."
15[14:21] * +Karina blinks. "Oh, right. Yeah, thanks. Losing those bites, especially if for some reason Keen can't fix the lights."
04[14:22] * @Wraith` trots into the room and places the container on a nightstand or other flat surface of some type. He can't help but look around the room for a moment, before eventually turning back to Karina and asking, "So what's the game plan? We're taking some R&R for a while?"
15[14:23] * +Karina nods and starts fiddling with the amulet again. "Mostly to let Primer rest. She's been through more than any of us the past... five or six weeks, so it's for the best."
07[14:25] * @Wraith` nods slightly then starts to slowly head out of the room, speaking over his shoulder, "Alright. I'm going to go to visit someone then. We got a time set to leave? Or did you want to come get me when we're set to go?"

She takes a few minutes to compose herself before exiting her room and walking down the hall. "Lily, you in there?" she knocks on Fire_Lily's door and prepares to enter.
07[14:29] * +Fire_Lily looks up. "Uh... yeah! I'm here."

07[14:30] * @Wraith` nods and says, "Will do. Keep safe." he turns away and starts heading down to Fire_Lily's room until he sees Primer and stops. He then remains motionless and hopes he wasn't heard.
07[14:31] * +Primer enters Fire_Lily's room and walks up to her. "Mind if I sit and read with you?" Her voice is a little unsteady, but she looks collected otherwise.
07[14:32] * @Wraith` waits for the mare to enter, then creeps his way up to the filly's door and tries to remain silent. Not wanting to be seen or heard by the two, as he attempts to observe.
[14:34] <@TenMihara|GM> 3 Wraith is very lucky to not step on a nearby squeaky floorboard and remains unnoticed
07[14:34] * +Fire_Lily nods slightly. "Uh... sure." She nudges the book a little toward Primer. It's 'Daring Do and the Curse of the Yeti'. She's near the end.
07[14:37] * +Primer smiles as she curls up around Lily. "Oh, I havent finished this one yet." She props Daring Doo and the griffon's goblet up on a handy surface and starts to read. Or rather, she tries to read... Primer's eyes floats over the words as she cant concentrate on them.
07[14:40] * +Fire_Lily nods. "Okay." She keeps reading her own book. Primer's presence is very comforting.
07[14:40] * @Wraith` observes the scene between the two the best he can, hiding in stealth. He couldn't help but give a smile, thinking of better days. Days where the food wasn't 160 years old... when he used to be afraid of radiation. Days long gone. Ponies gone, friends, neighbors... loved ones... He frowns sadly for a moment, but remembers that even with how horrible things were... there were still moments like this that existed.

Giving a smile and sigh, he places a hoof on her own that was touching his shoulder and looks at it affectionately for a moment. Catching himself, he clears his throat and asks, "So uh... another game I guess? Maybe some pointers or something."

She trots over to her bench and retrieves a (whatever that light thing Doctor's shine in someone's ear) and makes her way back to Keen, sticking the tool in his ear and taking a look.

She leads Wraith through the floors of the hospital that still held feral ghouls, which seemed to flock to her radiation instinctually. "You see, they are animialistic, but animals aren't necessarily unintelligent. It's that idea that has kept be assured that there must be some way to undo the damage."
07[16:15] * @Wraith` breaks his stare as he hears Cure speaking and looks up at her. He blushes a little more, pretending he wasn't perving out, "Oh yeah? Do umm... do they do any other things that show they're not... umm.. mindless?" he really hated using that word about ghouls... even feral ones.

They seem to go to hot-spots... err places filled with radiation and just... sit there. But I've never seen them like... do anything else." sighing he turns and looks back to 'Dopey' and adds, "Nothing to seem like themselves."

Being a threat to everyone else?"

Most of his dark purple coat is rotted away, exposing sinewy bulging muscles, what is left of his mane is short, forest green with strands of blue in it. He rolls his milky eyes to Keen and goes to put his equipment back on.

I just hope this old equipment is still functional."

However, it was previously thought that only the queen laid eggs as Twerp said. This proves otherwise."

Alternatively, if Twerp there could make a suitable 'cocoon', then it could be transferred for the incubation period."
