1.  A Baby Dog

Undefeated in IM and a potential to be undefeated this season, hopefully they don’t get the IM curse if they do. 4 of their main 6 have played in invite before and the other two have been in high IM for a while and it shows as they mostly just outdm and outplay their enemies. They had the soldier of fortune and part-time demigod JohnMilter play last match and have him still on the roster at their disposal and glider to back up soldier/demo (https://play.esea.net/index.php?s=stats&d=match&id=6974073 LINK)
Their last two matches are against other top seeded teams and should be fun to watch.

2.  Good Players ft. <INSERT PLAYER HERE>
Scouts: PROSKEEZ and knuckles
Soldiers: Froot and broBerg aka slamKing aka slamBerg aka broKing
Demo: Pelt
Med: luxor

This team’s maincalling duo of pelt and slamberg who played on meat market for s20 of invite and got second in s19. 11-2 as I type this Good Players has had some games closer than they should have been imo but are still pulling it in second. Their last match went 5-3 against Hot Dads but they had mae, standing in for slamberg. The team lacking in their maincaller might have led them to be a bit off pushes and dealing with flankers as air and scrimshaw were just dicking around in their backline, but good players still crushed teamfights and engaged well enough. They face 2 hard matches for the rest of the season.

3.  Paradise Café(ex sparkle gang)
Scouts: Spamfest and Stochast1c
Soldiers: Mu and Rolling
Demo: BOX OF MAX AND CHEESE(Max)
Med: June

This team recently picked up Rolling on Roamer and crushed MAELSTROMBOLI and Megawac me off in two 5-2s. mu is a strong pocket and rolling is one of the top two roamers IM, along with spamfest's ability to go off and most of the team's core remaining the same makes the entire team play well and beat out other teams.They have matches against Ziggurat and GYSMD, as well as two harder matches against Good Players and Megawac me off, but I’m predicting them to end in third for the season.

4 and 5. I dunno how to compare these two teams they are at the same level for me I’ll break it down later

Megawac me off

As it stands right now I think MAELSTROMBOLI can get two wins and end up 11-4 and megawac me off can 1 win for sure. The former surprised me beating Good Players 4-3 showing the team has great coordination and teamplay and just needs to tweak some mechanical issues and minor issues(example being badlands where they left shamoo at last over maelstrom and it cost them at least one round but they punished jaguars team and ended up coming back from 4-1 to win). The coordination and their comeback ability are this team’s strongest points and I think will pay off well in their playoff games.

Megawac(the team) has better dm overall but I feel like the team coordination is just a bit lacking as they haven’t had any close matchups against the top3 teams. ( Megawac me off’s final run looks hard but I think they can only manage to grab one win in the next few matches, and I hope I get proven wrong. They surprised everyone at the start by beating Six Guys Off in their first match with the result being a close 5-4 but have lost to some of the better teams. I can’t gauge anything wrong because I haven’t seen any matches but this team definitely has potential in making it into top4.

6. Six Guys Off
Scouts: Skag and Tatuwah
Soldiers: Farns and Hooli
Demo: Saelot
Medic: Heko(im pretty sure this is  topshots alt)

This team has a relatively easy schedule with their last listed game looking to be a close one against Hot Dads. They recently picked up tatuwah and should have a relatively comfortable finish.

7. Hot Dads
Scouts: Skyrolla and Air/Klitscho
Soldiers: Scrimshaw and Ry
Demo: Rupee
Medic: Dynamosaurus

After a recent pickup of ESEA Intermediate champion Air on Mister Wrench’s team last season, this roster seems stronger. They look to have a rougher finish to the season and definitely have upset potential in all their matches just from the experience and dming ability amalgamated on this team but we’ll have to see.
8. Ziggurat Complex
Scouts:  MC and midas
Soldiers: ry4n and azn
Demo: Jaguarfiend
Medic: Screwball

This team seems to have a much easier finish to the season with a close match against BLANC coming up. Not much else is known ¬¬¬¬

Last thing is that BLANC has a very hard change but a still very much possible chance of coming in at 8th, and that I didn’t place GYSMD on here since they have been very lacking throughout the season but the technical skill as a team is definitely there, they have always had very strong players. I hope GYSMD stays alive for next season because that team looks like a killer team in s23 and I feel like they can definitely outperform #8 once they get their engines running.
