ADMINS

* Admins are in charge of directing the site (membership, site design, banning, staff promotions, etc.).

* They are the final word on site policy and are responsible for bettering the site by spearheading projects and delegating tasks to moderators and senior staff.

* If things are not happening and they need to, an admin should be the one you go to bear responsibility for it happening.

MODS

*Mods should directly watch the forums and community, enforce admin decisions, and generally "moderate"
user behavior.

* They can set minor site policy in line with the major admin decisions, and should be expected to have input on site policy.

* They should also be able to make decisions in the event that an emergency arrives and an admin is unavailable.

* Miscellaneous practical stuff like moving threads, locking/unlocking pages, deletion of pages, delegation of tasks to SS and granting permission to rewrites fall on mods.


INDETERMINATE POSITION CURRENTLY LABELED SENIOR STAFF


* Staff are responsible for carrying out low level site tasks that need to be done frequently, providing their opinions related to the site, being relatively active and giving out critique on writing.

* Not all senior staff need to be writers, but it is generally considered a good things.

* Staff can be assigned to more specialized tasks/positions and can be trusted to watch over specific portions of the site.
