  30. Effect: You gain two Regalia from the list below. You may not gain multiple Regalia of the same Equipment Slot. You may summon Regalia as a Standard Action by paying 1 AP. For every piece of Regalia you are wearing, you suffer a -1 to all Stealth Checks.

  32. Mechanic: Regalia are phantasmal Equipment Items woven out of magical energy. They can be summoned as a Standard Action by paying 1 AP and last until the end of the Scene. When you summon a Regalia item of an Equipment Slot that is currently empty, you simply equip the Regalia. When you summon a Regalia item of an Equipment Slot that is currently filled, you may choose to unequip your current Equipment and replace it entirely or you may add the effects of the Regalia to your existing equipment. This may allow Equipment Items that aren't weapons, shields, or armor to act as such, but any existing weapon, shield, or armor types are replaced by the Regalia's type. Regalia can be dismissed as a Free Action on the wearer's turn but cannot be unequipped or forcibly disarmed.

  34. Note: While the specific fluff of a Regalia item is up to the player, they are universally very flashy items and hard not to notice. In the case of the Celestial Arms Regalia, the player may choose what melee weapon type it is.

  45. Effect: Your damaging Fairy Type attacks inflict your Stat as damage on a Miss. The Stat used depends on whether the attack is Physical or Special; Physical Moves use Attack, Special Moves use Special Attack. The targets may subtract their appropriate Defense Stat as normal.
