When i open my computer, log in, check that i have 6gb installed, i go do my things, and i get blue screen, and this happens every time, i even left my pc to "cooldown" for about 3 hours, booted up again, and the same problem is there, right now

<db100547> guest_14:  it sounds like server memory dimms you have , they  are known as ECC Ram sticks , whereas Desktop ones are NON-ECC Ram dimms .

<camerongray> guest_25: You are on Virgin, therefore behind a router which will provide NAT - Unless port 3333 is forwarded to your machine (which you would have done) then that cannot be an incoming connection
<camerongray> So lets see here, what is more likely - (a) Someone trying to attack a residential broadband connection which would take a lot of time and resources causing it to go down for 10 mins before stopping. (b) Virgin Media having a small network glitch which is a very common issue
<db100547> guest_14: ok . you need to get to your bios . there is will indicate the available memory installed .    However , check where bought from for the type they are . ( details above )

<camerongray> 54mbps is your WiFi speed (Wireless G) and 20mbps is your connection speed to the outside world - Surely someone who is planning on starting a PC repair business should know this basic stuff
