guild changes

We're taking a new approach with the guild, a more serious one. This means everyones going to have to shape up, no more bullshitting, no more talking during pulls, no more slacking, no more coming unprepared(without consumables, not knowing tactics, unenchanted etc.), farming for your 54th trait!!!

The first step will be changing the guild name, which we are taking suggestions for. We're doing this in order to make recruitment easier, and not attract PvP retards who dont take PvE serious enough, for example not showing up, not doing what theyre meant to, not preparing cause "PvE is so easy roflmaoxDD".

Second we're doing performance reviews, going through logs, looking at who does tactics and who doesnt, who prioritize higher ranks over focusing DPS on whats important, then discussing with people individually.
