Backstage, DiBiase and Box Office Bossman are arguing.
"Do you see my expenses every month, Bossman? As long as you were on my payroll, I had a cut of your Home Box Office paycheck, but now that the Power Trip have full control, HBO's let you go! And that means I don't need you!"
"Wait, wait, boss! Please! Don't, I've got no place left! I-" A smile was creeping across Ted's face, the kind of smile that usually accompanies a truly vicious idea.
"Bossman, do you still have your old uniform? Do you still have that billy club?"
"Yes, and yes!"
"Well, I've just realized that with one millionaire and one dangerous lunatic in my employ, we could use a little... private security."
"Private security?"
"You know! Muscle! Bossman, I should have never said I didn't need you! You've still got that club, and you're still an insecure bully with a superiority complex! There'll always be a place for you in this world!" Bossman was elated.
