I Want to start off by saying I'm not the best player/healer and I'm not claiming to be the best player/healer. Yet I feel like I've performed well enough, have accomplished enough and have been playing long enough to garner a certain amount of respect around here, I hope so at least. Because of that respect I believe I'm "justified" in making this post. With that being said I'm basically going to be calling out the healers, on poor performance.

I'm not going to be speaking for anyone else in this post, except myself, but I know some people harbor similar feelings as myself. To put it bluntly, I feel like the other healers have been playing like shit. I'm mainly talking about Mabrill (since he's the main healer of the group) but also luffy, Kira and Grandma. I know Kira is still a trial and Grandma is new, but that's no excuse on poor play.

When you all joined the guild you were told that you would be required to have and play an alt, at or near the same level as your current main. That expectation hasn't changed. Yes, I understand this is all suppose to be a "fun, enjoyable atmosphere"; which it ultimately is, imo. But that doesn't excuse you from putting forth effort.

The thing that concerns me is the lack of effort shown in your guys level of play on these alts and your effort as resto on your shaman mabrill. To be quite honest, I have no faith whatsoever when it is going to comes down to tough progression, with you healing mabrill. Your performance on duo Arch was a tell-tale sign of it. This last tier we were set back because Davor wasnt up to par and Joe was being Joe. We ended up having to have chilli heal just so we could kill Arch before the nerf. Right now with your level of play, and your decisions during those tough moments, able to tell from logs and testimonials. I see the exact same situation happening again, with the healers we had before during then, Ozwin and Zuriie.

Luffy, you've been playing extremly bad in terms of output on your monk. You have gear that you haven't upgraded and you've had some of it going on 2 months. You chose to heal in the alt run and we have to be able to rely on you. I don't feel like I could rely on you as a healer. Your play has been spotty, just like Davors was.
