  1. UPPER-LEFT-BRACKET
  2.
  3. Title: "MC's dinner is served"
  4.
  5. Description: Who will be the one that gets the least humiliated by MC
  6.
  7. Game #1
  8.
  9. Liquid`Tyler vs. Mouz.Strelok
  10.
  11. A really strange match-up where Liquid`Tyler has the advantage. However counting out Strelok in a big tournament such as the TSL and Strelok actually has some high-end names on his kill list. Watching these two former Brood War players is going to be interesting, my prediction is that Strelok may be able to steal one game from Tyler, however it will just end at that. 2-1 Tyler's win.
  12.
  13. Game #2
  14.
  15. Prae.ThorZaIN vs. TSL_Fruitdealer
  16.
  17. To be honest this match could go either way. Prae.ThorZaIN which is pretty new to the scene is very solid and is a little bit of the opposite to TSL_Fruitdealer which is known for his risky play and extreme play-style. Due to Fruitdealer's merit he is the obvious favorite here, however his recent performance has been pivoting back and forth and is still riding on the merit of being the first GSL champion, I'd like to point out that the first GSL was being held in September and the game has changed much since then. If the level difference between the foreigners and Korean is what everyone claims it to be Fruitdealer could take this match otherwise I'm going to have to pick ThorZaIN advancing from this due to is really solid play-style. 2-0 ThorZaIN's win.
  18.
  19. Game #3
  20.
  21. oGs.MC vs. ieS-Ciara
  22.
  23. oGs.MC or as I'd like to call him, 'Min-Cthulhu' has the advantage in this game. I cannot see Ciara taking any games from Min-Chul, unless Ciara could pull off something impossible as moving mountains MC has this game in his pocket. As MC is on maybe two or three levels higher than Ciara IN every aspect of the game, MC will win 2 very quick matches. 2-0 MC's win.
  24.
  25. Game #4
  26.
  27. Duckload.White-Ra vs. LonerPrime.WE
  28.
  29. As the "bracket show" mentioned, this match-up will probably be the most interesting one so far. White-Ra or as drewbie called him Cheese-Ra might want to show his front toes with this one, he is my personal favorite for this match-up and if he doesn't underestimate Loner I believe White-Ra has the favor pivoting his way. To be honest, Loner hasn't impressed me lately and I believe that if he doesn't step it up for this next game he might be finding himself getting knocked out in the first round. 2-1 White-Ra's win.

  35. Description: Genius' nightmares will get tank-pushed.
  36.
  37. Game #5
  38.
  39. IM.Mvp vs. Mill.Adelscott
  40.
  41. I believe that if Adelscott wants to win this match-up hes gonna have to do with the help of an 'Incredible Miracle'. (See what I did there?), the only way for him to be able to steal a game from Mvp is if Mvp throws away the game like he did against Startale's July. I do want to put up a warning that Adelscott does love to ride on momentum and if he gets the beginning of the games the way he wants to we might see an upset but the chances are extremely minimal. 2-0 Mvp's win.
  42.
  43. Game #6
  44.
  45. ROOT.qxc vs. MVP_Genius
  46.
  47. As a lot of other match-ups in this bracket, this one is extremely hard to call. If qxc gets to practice for this match-up he is obviously in a good position, Genius is going to have to step up his game for this one as his recent performances has been very disappointing. Just like Fruitdealer he is kind of riding on his merit of being the Dreamhack champion and hasn't impressed much lately, take away his 'being-from-Korea' credit I believe that qxc has a good chance in this match-up. 2-1 qxc's win.
  48.
  49. Game #7
  50.
  51. oGs.NaDa vs. Liquid`TLO
  52.
  53. When I heard this match-up, my jaw literally dropped. I was doing my laundry in the laundry-room listening to the cast on my wireless headset and I would forever remember this moment as the moment where I heard the announcement for my pick of the most anticipated match-up in the TSL#3, while folding my precious boxer-woolies. oGs.NaDa is the better player looking at overall performance but since he is still in the GSL he doesn't have as much time as TLO to prepare for this. But just like Artosis said if oGs.NaDa really wants to win this he will win this. I'm sorry TLO but as a random player facing NaDa is probably the worst opponent as he is solid in every.match.up.ever, if TLO picked a race and focused on that alone this match-up could have been more even. 2-1 NaDa's win.
  54.
  55. Game #8
  56.
  57. Empire.Kas vs. Liquid`HayprO
  58.
  59. Haypro has to prove here now that he really is a top player, defeating Empire's ace Kas is a great step in that direction. Kas actually has nothing to worry about except for the fact that Haypro really has to prove himself, Kas is the better player here and being the only player from Empire to qualify is just going to make him want this even more. Unless Haypro takes a big step, this should be Kas's game. 2-0 Kas's win.

  67. Game #9
  68.
  69. FnaticMSI.Sen vs. FnaticMSI.Fenix
  70.
  71. To be honest, I cannot see Sen losing to Fenix. Although Fenix is a very good and solid player, in my opinion Sen is even better and solid-er. The fact that they are both from the same team is quite a shame, I'd like to see as many different teams facing each other as possible but we all can't get what we want. Fenix has the chance of maybe stealing a game as they know each other's play styles from being team mates, but Sen should take this easily. 2-1 Sen's win.
  72.
  73. Game #10
  74.
  75. Prae.NightEnD vs. SlayerS_BoxeR
  76.
  77. Nightend has an interesting opponent indeed. Unless Nightend is star-struck throughout the whole games, I do believe there is a light of hope for Nightend. Boxer's performance as of late has shown many flaws, I feel like he is relying a little bit too much on his micro, and if Nightend plays really carefully and doesn't fall for Boxer's magical box of wonders he could possibly upset this match-up. I predict a very even match-up but BoxeR really has to come out on-top, a loss here will deal a big blow to his SC2 career and he has to at least advance from the first round, and if he could do that he might be able to ride on the momentum that he really needs. 2-1 BoxeR's win.
  78.
  79. Game #11
  80.
  81. Liquid`Jinro vs. mouz.MorroW
  82.
  83. Many would say that Jinro is the best Swedish player on the scene but MorroW could possibly break that title of his, this is probably going to be one of the most even match-ups in the first round of the tournaments, floating on the same caliber as NaDa vs. TLO. I can see both players winning but my gut feeling says that Morrow will actually bring this one home. Both of them are considered Ace players in my eyes and this is probably one of the hardest games to predict. 2-1 Morrow's win.
  84.
  85. Game #12
  86.
  87. mouz.HasuObs vs. Liquid`HuK
  88.
  89. After HuK's rather shameful gesture towards the SC2 community in GSL my personal faith in him has dropped but setting my personal beliefs aside, this should be HuK's game. HasuObs will have to pull a rabbit out of his bucket if he wants to win against HuK, the only thing that speaks in HasuObs favor at the moment is the PvP mirror match-up. If he can put it to good practice I can see him maybe even winning, but as it stands right now HuK is too strong of a player. 2-1 Huk's win.

  97. Game #13
  98.
  99. IM.NesTea vs. ESC.GoOdy
  100.
  101. I feel a little sorry for Goody that worked hard week after week to try to qualify into the TSL3 and then eventually manages to qualify through points, only to be matched up against the best Sc2 player in the world. Although its very hard to pinpoint where NesTea really is after losing in the first round of GSL, I am pretty sure he is out looking for revenge. NesTea is probably very disappointed after getting knocked out and he might find the TSL3 somewhere where he can get out all of that frustration. GoOdy is a very good player but can find himself without any kind of weapon against NesTea. The only thing that speaks for Goody at the moment is that NesTea might slip-up again although that seems highly unlikely.
  102.
  103. Game #14
  104.
  105. dignitas.NaNiwa vs. Liquid`Ret
  106.
  107. Unidentified sources say that Ret called out NaNiwa, if this is true I wonder if Naniwa is going to stay content after that. I'm not sure if Ret is crazy or lost his mind but provoking a player like Naniwa is just crazy. With Naniwa's reputation that would probably just spur him on even more and if Ret actually loses this match-up he is going to have to take not just one bite but two. If the rumors are true, I actually believe that NaNiwa will take this game. He might even think of winning this match to be more important than winning the whole tournament. Ret is the better player but NaNiwa's furor will make him win this game. 2-1 Naniwa's win.
  108.
  109. Game #15
  110.
  111. EG.IdrA vs. coL.CrunCher
  112.
  113. I don't think Cruncher could have been more happy than IdrA as his opponent, I also believe Cruncher would be the only one that could possibly happy after hearing that he has to play against Idra. I have Cruncher as my personal "monster-killer", he will do anything to win even if he has to cheese 3 games in a row and that sort of play may cause big problems for IdrA. If IdrA can ride out the Cruncher-storm and play his way he can win this match-up but I personally believe that a counter to IdrA would be a Cruncher. 2-1 Cruncher's win.
  114.
  115. Game #16
  116.
  117. MYM.Mondragon vs. ZeeRaX
  118.
  119. I'm going to be honest and say that I absolutely know nothing about these two players. You can spit on me for it, but I cannot help it. This is going to be the mystery match of the tournament and we'll see if they really are up to the level as everyone else. Predicting this game is going to be just as hard predicting Jinro vs. Morrow. If anything ZeeRaX should take the advantage of having a PvZ but since I don't know Mondragon's level at this moment I'm gonna coward up and say he will steal one game. 2-1 ZeeRaX.
