Hope you are doing well.

Todd Kowalski sent me the conference details to allow us to begin working together for defined UHS projects.  I would like to establish a meeting time for us to review the following request for information.

1) All UHS prefixed items listed in the Equipment Not Found File for all districts from 1/1/2014 until current.  inCommand rental menu.
2) Net Book Value associated with all items identified as Equipment Not Found for all districts from 1/1/2014 until current. Reference request 1.
3) Of all items identified in the Equipment Not Found file, how many were invoiced to the customer from 1/1/2014 until current. UHS part numbers invoiced are listed on the Sales Invoice. Reference request 1.
4) Invoice price of all items identified as Equipment Not Found and invoiced to the customer. Reference request 3.
5) Items listed in the Equipment Not Found file for all districts that had inspections completed allowing these units to be removed from the file. This can provide the percentage of items located by the customer and returned to the available rental inventory. This can be found in inCommand.

My schedule is flexible, so please let me know your availability so we can review this request for support.  I can be available as early as 1:00p your time which should be 6:00a CDT in Chicago.
