Past experience with being an operator or above on another server (name and experience): I've never been op on a classic server but I've owned one. I've been OP in smp servers, IEclipseII's Servers from KingsOfMinecraft.com community and the other one I can't remember the name but it was also from that Minecraft community. I also owned several smp servers.

~Survey~

You see someone griefing, yet no ops are available to help you, and you're not op yet. What do you do?: First thing I do is jail the player, then I analize the situation. I use /b to check if he was actually griefing or if I was mistaken and he was just modifying his own building or someone's else's with that person's permission. If I was wrong, and he wasn't griefing, I apologise and unjail the player. If I was right, and he was griefing I do this: If its not a major grief, I warn the player and remind him to read the rules. If it is major grief I tempban him for some days and I wait for an op to come to permanent ban and undo him.

What makes you more deserving of this rank than the other users?: I wouldn't say I deserve it more than other users because it depends on which user but I am active and want to help the community as much as I can.

What have you done to help this server so far, and/or how do you plan to help once you become an Operator?: So far I have done several grief patrols (especially when no ops are online) and I help the new ones and encourage them to stay in the server (Greeting them, answering their questions, basically making their stay in the server pleasant).

Another Operator is pestering you, and you have the rank of Operator as well. What do you do?: I would ask him to stop and try to ignore him, if he continues, I would let him know he should give an example to the others and do things right; if he continues, I would get proof and report his actions to a higher rank.

You are an op, someone complains that a user, (One whom you trust) is greifing. How do you handle this situation?: I immediately stop whatever it is I'm doing and tp to the suspect. If he appers to be griefing I immediately jail him and proceed to analize the situation like any other one: If it's minor grief, its a warning and an undo. If it's major grief, demotion (In case of guest, ban).

I'm willing to help the community to make it even better that it is now. I know I havent been here for so long but I am confident I can do a good job.

i.e. I'm waiting to apply until at least after andyy allows applications, and morte, cann, bad, and I have all tried but apps are most likely closed at the moment

For later I'd give a +1 but right now I don't think we are applying, although we need to since we've lost Bobo, Dagger, Loco, Rdog, and some of the OPs are having trouble getting online... Maik has been putting in a lot of effort :I

Andilitox, as far as i have seen has been very respectful and patience with the guests. He is on mostly when i am on and I have seen him every day. I believe that he would make a great Op. He takes his time and tries to help everyone. He seems to respect everyone that he talks to and I don't think that will change if he gets Op. I know that he has been on when no Ops are on and there was a grief.

Fine... Sheesh. Freebuild applications are officially open, for a limited time only, get them whilst they are hot.

But please take into account, we are only looking for the very best applicants, so when you write an app, pour you're entire heart and soul into them, I want the both, they keep me alive.

Going over the 5000 character limit is a good thing, it shows you have thought about each question carefully

I didn't even read this application because 110% He deserves it; I've been online quite allot in hide I've never seen anyone try like he does ,even when op's aren't there, if this isn't accepted no-one's should be.

I can truly say this without a worry that you'd be next out of anyone on behalf of all the staff.
