if you dont want to read me ranting about a bunch of stuff then stop here, youve read everything positive there is to say this week

idk where to start so ill start with work

my coworkers are the most inconsistent fickle people of all time.  Specifically our sourcing guy.  Hes a spoiled brat that does so many things that just piss me off.

ill just list as many as i can think of:
he never replaces the toilet paper in the bathroom
he buys shit for himself on company money
he drinks multiple water bottles a day (we have a Pur pitcher that he could easily fill one water bottle up from) and there are never any water bottles when i want one, despite the fact that the last 4 cases of water were purchased BY ME
he never drives to lunch
he asks you where you want to go to lunch, then doesnt tell you when he changes his mind, he just says as youre walking out the door "oh just kidding were going here instead of the place you suggested and i agreed to"
he violated the company drug policy at least once (he said it one day when i was driving everyone to lunch) (also if he says it again im going to report it)
he wanted to buy a $300 gaming monitor for his desk because his old one wasnt nice enough, he had to get something to "flex" on the rest of us
he watches netflix on the conference room tv sometimes when the GM isnt in the office
the one time i called him out for being rude, he didnt acted like he didnt understand and never apologized, (also i got in trouble for calling him out)
called me a bitch (sometimes behind my back) (even if it was jokingly) enough times that there had to be a rule made to "not call carter a bitch"
until recently left nasty used dishes in the sink at work, so often so that everyone else in the office had to claim a mug and keep it in their desk or else be forced to clean one of his nasty oatmeal covered ones off just to drink coffee

thats about all i got for in the office stuff

on a side note, he has 4 girlfriends and constantly lies to all 4 of them and jokes about it at work (disgusting and horrible, but not really anything i can do about this).

theres at least one person i interact with regularly that i actually cant stand anymore and i feel kinda bad about it, but lately there just has been far more negative than positive coming from this person.  I dont really want to go into details because its something i need to settle with the person 1on1 but i just needed to put this in here to vent.

I dont get any vacation days for christmas or new years because im using all the last of my vacation (through april) on agdq.  Its worth it but everyone around me is going to have a lot more days off and that also means i have at least 3 days with me and the above mentioned coworker with no one else in the office.  Ill probably work from home a lot of days but its still frustrating.

id say this weekend will be a nice stress relief and i guess it will be alright, but somehow holidays end up stressful for my family.  although its just my moms side of the family this year so its much less people and it wont be nearly as bad as last year.

agdq cant come fast enough.

i lied because i said there wouldnt be any more positive, but on the bright side of all this, still much better than last christmas time
