(A)Our GYM LEADERS Specialize in MONOTYPE (OU MONOTYPE) Meaning: Their teams can have a Pokemon that has 2 types in it.
like For example a Water OR a Fairy team can have Azumaril SINCE it is BOTH a Water and a Fairy type.
                         OR a fighting or a Fire team can have Infernape which is a Fire/Fighting type ECT...

(B)****TESTING REQUIREMENTS**** / RULES*

 (Gym TRAINERS): Use this First day you are here to Train yourself in Your Type/Types you wish become a Gym Leader with.
             Day (2) That you are here will be used to test you for your GYM LEADER TEST!!! :D

                        Your GYM LEADER Test will Consist of 3 TESTS ( 2 WEAKNESS & 1 Resistance TEST )

            You MUST KILL ((10/12)) Pokemon on WEAKNESS TEST and ((4/6)) on RESISTANCE test in order to PASS GL TEST!!

-----3. GYM TRAINERs must test for the available types until all types are taken. [Once all types are taken] you can be tested for your goal type for a chance to fight the current leader in a best 2 of 3 battle. Winner takes the leader spot. Trainers you may test as much as you want until you challenge the gym leader, however if you lose against the GL you must wait a weak b4 you r able to challenge him/her for their spot again.

(FRONTIER BRAINS): Gym LEADERs /Trainers wanting to go 4 Frontier must get be top 150[of target tier] on main ladder w/ a gxe of 70% b4 they take 1 final test, that they must win 6/6, to become a Frontier brain.

(ELITE FOUR):The new E4 reqs request the player test 20/24, 2 weakness, 1 resist, and one neutral, by a Frontier or Higher. In order to test they must be GL or higher for at least 2 weeks and be voted in by the ROs(Jerb,Drix, GR8Beast, Okamu). They judge upon not only skill & commitment, but also maturity. Priority for testing goes by rank, meaning current E4s test first then frontiers etc...(to be clear, if you've been a gl, frontier, or e4 for more than two weeks you can move on to test but priority goes as listed) Also the reason we dont require Laddering for E4 is, the reason we had the laddering as a requirement for the frontier is to test the tiers we dont all know more easily. Monotype is really easy to test for so we dont think laddering would make much of a difference.
