  5. So, things have gotten strange on The Cold Front. No. not really, 'Cause this is what happened...
  6. "Nightwatcher, yes, I have news. I sold Deadwaker to the Retsnoms for this art."
  7. (Shows a realistic painting of a basket of fruit in black and white...)
  8. "See the painting? It's glorious! See the fruits? They're a wonderful sight in a dull painting. How do you feel like searching for the colors that could fit, the curiosity, the balance."
  9. "But then, I have a task for you, get Deadwaker alive."
  10. "But that's bargain cheating!"I told him as a feeble excuse, but I did it anyway...

  12. The cold front, a never-ending place of blizzard and frosts. Sun never shines on that place. But it does feel cozy out there. Retsnom and Monster faction have held a long standoff there. War has been waging there it almost takes forever. I might find clues there about Deadwaker.
  13. -------------
  14. My initial encounter, as expected. A lone Retsnom soldier, bearing a new newly-forged Dwarkline armor, probably sent to scout ahead. He sees me and prepares to defend himself. The really dark afternoon and blizzard here is really blinding. He thinks I'm just a normal soldier. Well, he'd have to be thankful, for I am sympathethic. I ran near him. He swung his sword to my neck. I held his arm where his sword is located, and pierced his armor, striking his vital points and paralyzing him with my two, stiff fingers. I used my instincts to help me uncover his footsteps along the endless ocean of snow. Until, I saw huge buildings with lights and a waving flag of the Retsnoms. The sentiniels are near the gates, watching everything. Well, I wouldn't want to alarm more of them, I picked out a few tranquilizer darts and threw one on a sentiniel. They were used to standing like statues, so, it wasn't obvious that he is asleep. I also struck the other one unnoticeably. It is dimmer now, I slipped near them, and climbed the walls carefully. I took a quick glance when I was on top of a wall. Then, I let myself fall over. I sneaked into a nearby building called "MESS HALL". I placed my ears against the door and listened.
  15. "That bloody fool took the painting and traded for his guardian hahahaha!!!!"
  16. "I know. Who would be someone really dumb enough..."
  17. Monster once told me "If anyone shall disrepute my mark, treat them with no mercy. Unless, let the half other entities flee, even at a secret infiltration. Do or do not question my words."
  18. And with that, I am not disloyal...
  19. I kicked the door once, theqn the hinges and the door cracked as usual. One shouted "Who the hell are you?". They unsheathed their swords. They couldn't clearly see me. They see me as a shadow with remarkable glowing eyes. I unsheathed my bow and aimed at one. They charged me at once. I got shot in the shoulder, a soldier burned me, one seared me with magic, one bludgeoned me, one decapitated me. I fell to the ground like a ragdoll. One rushed at my corpse and rapidly stabbed it with his longsword. My darkened, shadowed body is split to pieces. But my eyes still glowed. I barked like a madman. They were all terrified. "No one had guessed who I am. A scourge of the forests, Omnipotent's nightmare, a blaze of every building, a infinitely loyal man, an entity with limitless lives, a nomad, a Wolf in a Sheep's clothing, an endless disaster at your faction, a living demon at the cold fronts, or simply, A Monster's Nightwatcher." I regenerated rapidly, they backed away a little, I returned to my form. I aimed my arrow at one soldier. I barraged him at a split-second with 32 arrows. They knew it was the end of them. The others fled, I dashed in front of them, they attacked me, with absolute fear. I absorbed it, manipulating it into a grim greatsword, striking them in half, I let the others flee. The alarm was raised. I grinned "It seems that they still are blinded with fear. Or they are just one too many cowards to see the carnage." A minute later,
