  1. Robert and Nick connect to the conference and identify themselves. Emtanon have not yet connected. They wait for Emtanon to arrive, and some clicks, tones and computer voice are heard in the background. Robert gets himself a coffee. He worries that it's "not a good sign" that Emtanon are late for the conference.
  2. Josh from Emtanon then connects and identifies himself. Robert asks if Steven will be joining them. Josh says that unfortunately Steven is on "special assignment" at the moment. Robert laughs at this and asks "are we not special enough?". Josh says that Steven works hard "for peanuts" and asks Robert to take it easy on him. Robert sarcastically asks if Steven "doesn't have a telephone in his igloo".
  3. He then asks if Emtanon are done with the bootloader code. Josh replies that they "should be" done by the weekend. Robert asks for a date when it'll definitely be completed, and Josh replies "next week by Wednesday for sure". Robert is incredulous at this, and says that he hopes it will done by the end of the weekend, and later than that "wasn't what the deal was". He asks what the hold-up is. Josh tells him that it's because of Steven's "special assignment" and says that even though they've had other people working on the code, the current segment requires knowledge of a "specialized driver" that Steven's department works with, and he is the only person assigned to write this section of the code. Robert sighs, and asks if Josh got his message about "the bootloader lock code". Josh says no, and Robert angrily asks him to look "because I SENT you a message".
  4. Someone else connects to the conference, and both Robert and Josh ask who has connected, but there is no reply, so they continue their conversation.
  5. Robert asks if they are going to provide the source code, and Josh says that they can, but asks if this will "be in the next contract renewal" and says that they will need that if they're to continue. Robert is obviously irritated by this and says "sure, whatever, I'll put in an ask for that but I think it's a little bit of a big ask being that you guys are developing code for us and we're paying you, so we just expect to have all the information with it". Josh then says that he has confirmed that the bootloader can be entered over touch tones, but it's a tedious process. Robert laughs and says they're used to that, but it's OK because he doesn't want to have to send someone up there.
  6. Robert then confirms that the bootloader code will definitely be done by next Wednesday, but says that hopefully they will be done by the end of the weekend. He says that if Steven is still in Alaska, they can get it dropped and handed off quickly. Robert asks if Nick had anything to add. Nick says that they're still waiting for the change request paperwork. Josh says that they'll get it.
  7. Robert says that he is still worried and wants to schedule another follow-up call. He says that he expects them to finish their work by the end of Sunday, so if he doesn't hear from them that it's complete or he doesn't get a drop notification, they will have another conference call on Monday. He says that if the code is delivered by then, the matter will be closed. Josh asks if it will be the same time on Monday and Robert clarifies that it's Monday for him, but it will be Tuesday morning UTC. Nick asks if Steven will be on the call then. Josh says that he doesn't think the "special assignment" will last that long and he thinks Steven will be available to talk by then. Robert makes a joke that Steven is "wrestling polar bears or something like that". He says that he doesn't care what Emtanon do as long as they get their work done, and says that he's "kinda pissed off" and he thinks J is too. Josh apologises. They clarify whether the job will be done by end of Sunday UTC or Alaskan time. Josh says he thinks UTC. Robert re-iterates that he hopes it will be done by then, and they end the conference call.
  8. After Josh and Nick disconnect, we hear a long stream of ABISM tones from Robby before the call is disconnected fully.
