  1. (14:57:59) Teala had to admit, her previous meeting with the blue haired lad had made her want to investigate the club. That evening, the Texan had decided to leave her roomie behind and investigate. The rain had eased off and her outfit had been changed to reflect this. The woman had stalked through the semi-empty club, taking a seat at the end of the bar. She was used to entering clubs alone in the city now. Will often had studying to do, and Tea didn't really know anyone else. Easing her large coat off her shoulders, she would turn to look at the bartender, smirking hungrily at him as she ordered a slimline gin and tonic. As she waited, the brunette looked over her shoulder and around the club, eyes watching the goings on like a hawk.

  3. (15:04:52) Will Hadote honestly had nothing better to do on a Sunday night than to hit up a strip club. ...Though this place was really fucking fancy, and upon entering, he was already regretting his decision to come here. The booze he could avoid, but the stuckup people that would surely be in this place... yeah, that would be a little harder. He was dressed the way he normally was, and in this place he stuck out like a sore thumb. He hadn't shaved off his scruff yet, and he wore some old jeans (minimal rips, though!), even older black converse that looked like they'd seen better days, a Middle Class Rut tshirt- and then there were his arms, which definitely had some not-so-nice history behind them. >>
  4. (15:05:54) Will Hadote >> Tattoos, old track marks and scars; they, like his eyes, had some history behind them. He sat down at the bar close to Tea, a light frown already on his lips, and while the bartender was busy helping someone else, he looked behind the bar at... he didn't even know. He didn't drink booze, so for now, he just waited for the tender to come back, before he ordered something. He didn't pay the girl close to him very much mind yet, other than a passing glance.

  6. (15:14:18) Elmore wasn't doing anything out of the ordinary today, not really. It was only a different place at a different time-- but the alcohol was the same, and even if they looked different, acted different, the people were the same just as much. So he was sitting at the bar, drinking a whiskey from the lower shelf because, well, it was stronger and the fact that it didn't cost him his left nut didn't seem so bad either. Considering the time of day it wasn't too busy, which didn't matter so much except it was easier to be personable with people this time. He should really have learned his lesson by now but he still liked to start drinking early. Old habits die hard. So when the girl entered the scene he couldn't help but give in to his curiosity and look her way, giving her a nice once over and shamelessly stopping at her bust. Subtle he was not, but his eyes were just as quick to go back to minding his own damn business as it was to leave. And when the other man made his show he did just (C)
  7. (15:17:17) You say, "about he same, aside for the fact that he couldn't really look at his tits he settled for the equivalent-- those tattoos and scars-- and let out a low, rumbling chuckle. Not that he found anything particularly amusing, but really he just found it kind of funny what kind of crowd found itself at the club at this hour. He himself wasn't really much to look at, though he was pretty damn bulky and took up some space, so there was that. His own clothing choice was simple as it wasn't, just a t-shirt and jeans that were maybe just the right side of tight. Oh well. Once his drink was nice and empty he'd order another one, and because he was just so charitable he decided to order one for each of his new bar comrades. Because if anyone was here this time there was something going on, and he guessed they deserved it. (D)"

  9. (15:26:11) Teala was quick to notice the two gentlemen within her vicinity. Well, well, well. Looks like she found prime time. Chocolate-hued eyes drank both of them in greedily as she waited for her drink to arrive. A soft cough from the bartender had her spinning on her stool to receive her drink. "Thanks hon..." The phoenix would speak, throwing him a wink as she brought the glass towards her. Gaze fell upon the man with tattoo'd arms and a frown upon his face. "Who pissed in your cheerios?" Her tone was light, smirk resting upon her scarlet lips as she raised the glass of clear liquid to them and took a long sip. She knew it was unusual to find a woman at a burlesque club at this time but hey, stranger things had happened. Soon another glass had arrived in front of her, and the brunette lifted her head, cocking a brow. The bartender tipped his head towards the bulky man. Tea's gaze moved to look at the generous man and she would flash him a grin, her tongue moving over her straight, white, >>
  10. (15:26:19) Teala. >>all-American teeth. "Thanks for the drink, handsome..." She'd purr, tossing her hair as she brought her second glass close to her. My, oh my, what a lucky girl indeed. [e]

  12. (15:29:16) Will Hadote blinked, looking over to the chick as she spoke to him. "What?" He wasn't even looking particularly moody today, by his standards, at least. "No one." He saw the other guy sizing the chick up... and then he, himself was sized up too. Hopefully not for the same reason! His pale blue eyes flicked over to Elmo, and while he wasn't going to call the guy out unless he did something -he was trying to behave himself, recently- soon enough, drinks were being ordered for them. "Just... a coke, thanks," he told the bartender quickly, so he wasn't given alcohol by accident. If he caught Elmo's gaze, he'd give the guy a little nod of appreciation.

  14. (15:42:38) Elmore really couldn't help the very amused expression flooding his features as the woman was oh so appreciative of the drink-- which he'd give her a tip of his own glass and a nod when she was offering him a charming grin and a thank you that was laced with an undertone he didn't take any time in mulling over. Mostly because he heard the other man in their presence order a coke, then-- a damn coke! In a bar. And his attention was gracelessly pulled to him with a disbelieving bark of a laugh. "Why are you even in here?" He'd drawl, giving the boy yet another look from head to toe as if this time he'd see something he missed the first. Because someone didn't go to a bar for a soda you could buy for 79 cents at a gas station without there being something terribly wrong or at least incredibly pretentious, and honestly he didn't look the type for the latter. But he was no expert judge of character. He wasn't paid enough to pay attention to that when he was down stairs, so there was a very (C)
  15. (15:42:49) You say, "good chance the boy was a complete ass. But he'd wait for a response, or at least for the girl to say something of her own to maybe goad him into talking about it. (D)"

  17. (15:48:36) Teala snickered at the tattoo'd man, shaking her head. "Sorry, hon - I just saw you had a frown." Brow cocked as he ordered a coke and she smirked. Ahh, someone was teetotal. Shame for some, but not for the Texan. She continued to sip her first drink, savouring the sweet taste of alcohol on her tongue. Her favourite past-time was finding new bars to explore, new men to talk to and new places to dance. Although, her roomie would probably not appreciate what she did, it got her out of the apartment. She hadn't gone out in a while, and the last time she had, she ended up taking shots with the city's police lieutenant! He had never called or texted her - bastard. A barked laugh caught her attention, and her eyes moved to the big guy. He looked almost double her age, but damn, he was certainly something. The charming grin he had shot her earlier certainly hadn't gone unnoticed. The young woman smirked as she listen to Elmore, looking over to Will with raised brows. "The man's gotta point, >>
  18. (15:48:44) Teala. >> sugar..." She drawled, crossing her legs one over the other as she polished off her first drink in one gulp. Pushing the empty glass away, delicate hand went to grab the second as she eyed the two men, eyeballing them both in turn completely shamelessly. [e]
  19.
  20. (15:54:28) Will Hadote shrugged at Tea, and expression remained as neutral as it possibly could regarding the slight topic change. He hated being laughed at, especially for things he had a hard time dealing with. Avoiding and/or saying no to booze wasn't nearly as hard as it was a few months ago, though, fortunately. And while he still had a hair-trigger temper and a mouth on him, he'd gotten a bit better at controlling that, too. He glanced to Teala as she gave her two cents, before speaking to both of them. "Because I'm a recovering junkie and alcoholic, and while I fucking wanna be here, I'm not gonna drink." Okay, well, one cuss had slipped in there. But his tone sounded more neutral than anything, just stating the facts. "You both have a problem with that?" He slid the coke that was set down in front of him closer, and took a few swallows.
