Get KEmulator from here: http://www.javaemulator.com/downloads/KEmulator.rar
Unarchive KEmulator.rar
Open KEmulator.exe
Go to Midlet->2D Graphics Engine, pick "AWT-Graphics"
Go to View->Options:
  "Custom" tab:
    Set "Device Select" to "Nokia_6610i_6030_6230_7250"
    Set "Default Encoding" to "Shift_JIS"
    Change the "Max FPS" slider to 15 (this determines game speed!)
  "SysFont" tab:
    Change "Default Font" to a good font. I recommend Courier.
    Set "Large Size" to 14
    Set "Medium Size" to 12
    Set "Small Size" to 10
Tool->Zoom In will zoom 50%, the zoom level is in the bottom. I recommend 500%.

To launch, go to Midlet->Load jar, then select Dariusgate.jar

Go to View->Options: (game must be loaded for this)
  "KeyMap" tab:
    Set "Controller" to whatever you want.
    Click the greyed out things for each key you want to remap.
    The keys for the game are:
      Pad_Left, Pad_Right, Pad_Up, Pad_Down are directions
      5 is to shoot
      0 is to enable/disable autofire
      LeftSoftKey and RightSoftKey are used for cellphone left and right buttons, for menus and such
