My Littlest Echo - Part 2

Damian sat in the woods knowing what he had to do, but felt like he couldn't without discovering this hidden power he had. He felt terribly bummed by this. He was literally all alone now, or so he thought. Little did he know, someone was watching him in the shadows. Was it a friend or a foe? Whoever it was, wasn't ready to reveal themselves. Damian walked out of the woods and saw that his father was no longer in the park as he suspected after what his mother said. He felt so angry. His emotions couldn't seem to be controlled. As he became angrier and angrier, it was apparent that the anger he felt was his hidden power. The love for his mother and father unleashed this power he didn't know he had inside.

??? : That's what I want to see.
Damian : Who there?
??? : Someone who has a similar goal as you.

A large figure peered out from the woods. It seemed to be a giant hairy creature with a funny walk. Damian nearly wet himself when he saw this being. This thing began to walk slowly towards Damian as he coward in fear.

Sasquatch : Don't be afraid. I'm a friend if you may call me. My name is Sasquatch. I was once a soldier for that blasted King Tsyremy. This twisted man killed what was left of my race in front of my face, and there was nothing I could do to stop him. I am probably the only one I know of still alive of the Squatches.
Damian : That mean man kilted my mommu too and took my poopa. I'm all alond now. (Damian began to cry)
Sasquatch : I saw the vision in the forest. I believe you have that power your mother told you about. I felt it when you became angry a few minutes ago. You could do amazing things with that. I say we go right to King Tsyremy's castle right this instance and get him for what he has done to everyone in the world.
Damian : I feel too scarred to do that though. I don't think I know much about this power I have to do anythings.
Sasquatch : I know some people that could help you with that, if we go now, we could get there by the end of the day. It'll be a long journey if you don't mind walking.

Damian's face lit up a bit after all the previous crying and nodded to the hairy beast Sasquatch. Sasquatch seemed to have so much confidence in a random boy. Perhaps he knew more about Damian than he let on. In any event, the two seemed eager to meet up with these friends of Sasquatch and they began to walk East from the park.

This town was all too familiar to Damian. It was the old shanty town in the eastern part of London called Breatherington. This place could be comparable to the polish city-state of Jew Jersey with the amount of smoke always lingering through out the town.

Old man : Change, change, change. Change for an old man?

This was truly a pitiful place to be. It was a constant reminder of the terrible King Tsyremy.

The two slinked their way through the alley ways of the run down town until they came upon a garage door on the side of a building. Sasquatch began to open the door while constantly checking the environment around him. The creaky shuttered door was finally fully opened and they walked into the darkness of the building.

Where were the two? Who awaited them inside? Why was Sasquatch walking so funny? These and many more question will be answered in the next chapter!
