To fix this "Error loading the scenery package" problem - as recommended by xdave above:

Open the "London Buildings Extended" scenery folder you place(d) in your Custom Scenery folder. Open the "Earth Nav Data" folder. Open the "apt.dat" text file with a plain-text editing program.

Find the line that reads:

1    20 1 0 EGLW LONDON Battersea Heliport

Change the first "1" to "17" and the second "1" to "0", so that it reads:

17    20 0 0 EGLW LONDON Battersea Heliport

Optionally, also delete all the following lines

14 51.46992490 -0.17863070 40 0 Heliport Tower
54 12290
55 12290

Save the modified apt.dat file
