Chapter 2: A new world
'Ugh, my head,' Thought Scout as he woke up, 'where am I?'
He stood up, and looked at his surroundings. Everything looked cubic and blocky. This certainly wasn't Earth. But where was he? He looked behind him, and saw his other teammates starting to get up.
'At least I'm not alone,' thought Scout.
Engineer came up to Scout. "Where in the darn universe are we?" He asked.
"I don't know, but we gotta keep our heads on straight, or we might not survive out here." Scout reminded Engie. "You know what? This reminds me a lot about something I used to play a long time ago."
"Now you're just imagining things," scoffed Engie.
"Ver is the rocket?" Asked Medic.
Scout looked around, trying to find it. Everyone searched for about 30 minutes trying to find it.
"Over here my good men!" cried out Spy.
They all ran over to see the rocket. They all gasped at what they saw.
The rocket was in a giant heap of twisted metal. They couldn't even recognize it anymore.
"Not good!" exclaimed Heavy.
Scout fell to his knees. 'We have no way back,' He thought hopelessly.
Just then, they heard sounds of footsteps behind them. They turned around, just to be greeted by three men made out of cubes.
"Why hello there!" Exclaimed one of them. "My name is Clem Kneeroot, and these are my buddies, Mister Ninjah and Skorny mechanic."
The whole team stared at them with confused faces.
'What da heck are these teeny men?' wondered Heavy.
"Um, hello?" Asked Mister Ninjah.
They just kept staring in disbelief.
"These guys may be dumber than we are," whispered Skorny to Clem.
Engineer fainted.
(Sorry for the short chapter. Had a little bit of writer's block ya know? At least I got about 300 words in. Hope you enjoy this one.)
