  3. I have reconciled our data with the NCI Thesaurus via the sparql endpoint.
  4. It seems that Animalia has been linked to
  5. http://ncicb.nci.nih.gov/xml/owl/EVS/Thesaurus.owl#Animalia
  6. correctly. The settings of Google Refine is the following:
  7. "RDF" => "Add reconciliation service" => "Based on SPARQL Endpoint"

  10. Endpoint URL: http://sparql.bioontology.org/sparql
