Appearance: A magnificently large specimen, clearly a cut above the size of your traditional dragon, yet not at all measuring up to the Divine Five in stature. As one would expect of the reptilian species, scales consistently scatter about her body-- though rather than being of organic make up, in certain areas, the scales in fact appear to be frozen water.. ice at its finest. Almost consistently, one can notice bits of icy residue sprinkling off some part of her body, almost as if the Dragon's figure was the house to an everlasting snow storm. (Basically just use Ice-Fullshift icon)

Personality Traits: A defining trait of Nora would be her immense greed and envy. Like with most members of her race, she desires great wealth. Along with this comes immense pride and great spitefulness. If you cross her, she isn't swift to forget. Though for exceptional individuals, Nora is able to let certain circumstances deemed unjust to go unpunished, depending on the severity. Finally, she's a control freak.

History: Nora spawned from the union of two particularly rare Valmasian Dragons, one based on water, the other based off wind. Over the course of her birth, it seemed a mutation occurred, one that only complimented the Dragon's prodigious ability, allowing for the usage of an elemental fusion at an early age. Of  course, despite how appropriate it was to wield Ice when most of your kind lived in the arctic, she was often ridiculed for essentially being the opposing elemental representation of fire (cold as opposed to hot)-- although the amount that did so were miminal.

Being a vengeful individual, Nora no doubt merciless beat her persecutors. As she aged, the Dragon was helplessly forced to observe her fellow kinsmen be slaughtered by Humankind along with several other species. And while Nora did hold some of her fellow Dragons in contempt, she more or less saw the entire scenario as a travesty considering Dragon's presumed superiority over other species. The senseless violence eventually forces the Dragon into seclusion, hidden beneath one of snowy mountains where she plotted, trained and lived in solitude for centuries.

Occasionally she ventured back to the surface world, yet witnessing what the Humans and other unworthy species held.. it sickened Nora and eventually led back to a self-imposed treatment of solitude.

Nonetheless, after decades upon decades of work, a plan had been devised. One that would certainly pay back mankind for their past atrocities as well to strip them of the land they certainly did not deserve. In efforts to bring back about her idea of change, Nora studied and mastered the art of Rune Magic, no matter how difficult her size would make it. After much testing on a smaller scale-- it had been done!

Constructs that could legitimately change the climate, namely into that of the arctic, was devised. Of course, building them in the grand scheme of things would rather costly and would take quite a bit of work. However, with new found motivation as a result of the discovery, Nora sets off, once more leaving her seclusion in order to begin with her plans step-by-step.
