The japanese pronunciation is kinda easy. Here's a list:
Y=Like a J
S=Always speak it like the S from Shoot
J= Like Jet, or jungle
Z=weak S
Sh=Sch
R=A mix out of D and L (Not from your throat)
Ei= speak like EE
Chi=Tschi

Every syllable you to emphasize the same. Or just dont emphasize them.
