Hello,

My name is Carlos Levya and I am a Police Officer III within the Los Santos Police Department, today I will be filing an official complaint against a fellow officer under the name of Police Officer III Jason Converse. The official reasons for this complaint are listed below -

[b][i]Failure to identify[/i][/b] - Jason Converse never identified that he was with LSPD at all, infact he said nothing!

[b][i]Public Endangerment[/i][/b] - He opened fire into a person holding a weapon with a civilian standing RIGHT next to him, if he shot 1 wrong bullet, a civilian could be dead today.

[b][i]Never gave Officer Levya the chance to put his weapon down.[/i][/b] - Converse drove up to the scene, saw a man wielding the weapon and instantly fired without asking him to drop the firearm. Levya wasn't shooting, yet the officer opened fire?

[b][i]Still shot when Levya identified himself as a PD Officer[/i][/b] - As seen in the footage obtained from the dash cam of the vehicle, as-well as evidence provided by Robin Thorn off his mobile device, it is heard that Levya screamed LSPD at the person he was aiming his weapon at, obviously identifying who he was to them.

[b][i]Never called over the radio that he was on scene.[/i][/b] - Converse never called over the radio that there was a situation at all, and when he did he called it as a shots fired when no shots were actually fired? Radio Logs can confirm this.

In summary, Converse was reckless, quick to kill a man, and not paying attention to the whole situation. Converse said in a later conversation at the hospital that he never saw the people with the bat's on the BMX's, this cannot be confirmed via recording however Sergeant Reich was on scene. He obviously wasn't even looking at anybody else than Levya! What if they were also armed?!

I request that Jason Converse is placed on immediate administrative leave whilst this is investigated, for the safety of San Andreas as-well as other officers, as this could happen again.
