We are currently looking for a Senior IT Engineer (Contract) for my client based in Amsterdam, NL.



Job Description:

·         Speed up the organization towards DevOps building, evolving and operating rapidly-changing resilient systems at scale



·         Evaluating, designing and implementing IT systems and infrastructure that supports that



·         Procuring IT systems, (renewing) licences and asset management



·         Day to day administration, operations, monitoring, troubleshooting and 2nd/3rd line support of IT systems and infrastructure



·         Responsible for the organisation’s web infrastructure including SharePoint and WordPress



·         Managing outsourced services and suppliers



·         Producing reports for management



·         Managing and participating in projects



Qualifications/Skills:

·         Educated to degree level in computer science / related field or equivalent work experience

·         Core Microsoft Certification in IT Administration

·         Demonstrable experience of the following

·         NetApp SAN Management



§  Clustered ONTAP 8.1 or above



§  Snap Protect



§  Unified Manager



§  NetApp System Manager



·         VMWare Management



§  vSAN



§  SRM



§  Veeam



·         Microsoft Clustering

·         SharePoint System Management

·         Network Concepts



§  LCAP 802.3AD



§  OSI Model



§  WLC



·         Experience / knowledge of the following o Infoblox DNS

·         Basic Management of Juniper Equipment

·         Understanding of Single sign-on

·         SQL Always-on availability

·         Hyper-V Experience o ITIL/IT4IT

·         Agile/DevOps tools like Puppet, Chef, zookeeper, noah, Docker
