[Veloxic Empire: High Rank Application]

	Today, I am writing this essay to ensure you that I'm worthy for the position "H3" of Veloxic Empire. I'll be explaining some significant and understandable reasons on why I fit that position. I've been involved in the clan world for multiple years. However, that won't stop me from achieving such a high goal as to lead VE. In my time, I've led super clans like Iron Force, Lortex Security, Ice Legion, and Rebel Squad.

	My main objectives in groups are activity rates, individual performance of higher ranks, and overall perception of the clan. To master these things, we must have a stable high command. That's why I'm here to help lead. Since I have done this for a long time, my experience and intelligence level reigns over a lot of other people. The current high ranks in Veloxic Empire are decent, but some could be replaced. For example, some don't use grammar or understand how to lead a simple training.

	Instead of doing the same things every day in a training, we should change it up a bit. We'll actually critique and evaluate the individuals' skills. Our superior ranks could teach the lower ranks how to sword glitch or some possble advantages to help them in the future like communication and acronyms for call-outs. At the end of a training, we don't go straight to promoting them by saying "Promoted ones will be ff'ed." We'll call up each person 1-by-1 and tell them what they did good on and what they could work on and then explain if they got a promotion or not. If not, give them a compliment so there's no anger towards the high rank. I feel like this would be better so the individuals will feel better about themselves and will want to come back the next time.

	I specialize in sword fighting, grammatically structuring sentences correctly, and leading trainings. That would most definitely benefit everyone and myself to represent VE greatly. This rank is very important to me because I've been in Veloxic Empire since Clasimo's era and I hope to make it stay that way. If I could immediately change anything, it would be the high ranks and the system/academy itself. Tons of corruption is going around so inexperienced people are being promoted.

	I'm probably active every day of the week. The only times I'm not on are because of homework or sports. Other than that, I pledge my full loyalty and dedication to VE. From this day one, we will show other clans how menacing we are and we'll annihilate anyone that's in our way of progression. Ways to get our activity higher: recruit known people via private messaging our going in a game and asking legitimate individuals to join. If we do this considerably enough, we'll have a lot of willing members to help us grow.

	In this era, lets make people notice us and understand that we represent total dominance. We'll vigorously train and show detailed explanations on how to improve. Not only VE, but the divisions and Ghosts. We should come up with a better guide to join Zexrans and Ghosts to maintain stability of everyone. Maybe an advancement course comparing to VAK's. This way, people have competition and struggles on getting into Ghosts. Also, it could be like RAT's and have every aspect of combat and leadership skills.

	I'm never going to waste your time so let met say I'll always get to the point of everything. If you ever need anything, just simple send me a message. I make graphics, forts, facilities (HOLO's), guns, swords, and customized meshes. My maturity and discipline level is very high so expect high standards at all times. I will strengthen the soldiers abilities to fight, mature, honor, communicate, and gain tolerance. Soon, we will change into a better group. We're a family.

	I conclude that this Empire will succeed with me being a H3. This isn't bias, this is a fact. By giving me this opportunity to lead a clan with such potential, I'm here to show excellence, intelligence, and overall indestructibility.
