  1. >you are Anon
  2. >and you are tired
  3. >so very tried
  4. >exhausted
  5. >your days have turned to hell
  6. >all because of one single pony
  7. >the pink menace
  8. >Pinkie Pie
  9. >she follows you all day every day
  10. >stalking you
  11. >nobody knows why
  12. >at first you just ignored it
  13. >but when you realised she was watching you through your window at home
  14. >that's when it started getting to you
  15. >everywhere you go, Pinkie is there
  16. >it doesn't matter if you're at home, in the bathroom, nothing
  17. >she is always there
  18. >always watching
  19. >she still hosts parties
  20. >and you get a written invitation every time
  21. >every time it's always the same
  22. >"Hi, Anon! I'm hosting a party on [date] at [time and place]! I would looooove if you could come! Please RSVP ASAP! Love, Pinkie xxx"
  23. >every time you just threw the paper in the bin
  24. >you've grown afraid of her
  25. >who knows what this mare is capable of?
  26. >you've seen her physics-defying stuns
  27. >that mare is absolutely insane and dangerous
  28. >how she isn't locked up in some mental institute is beyond you
  29. >as the sun rises, another day begins
  30. >another day of hell
  31. >you don't even look at the window as you get up and dressed
  32. >she could be out there already
  33. >you eat breakfast in silence
  34. >only staring at your plate
  35. >when you're done, you go to the door
  36. >with a sigh, you open it
  37. >there she is
  38. >right at your door
  39. >waiting for you
  40. >"Hi Anon!"
  41. >you sigh
  42. >yes, another lovely day in Ponyville begins
  43.
  44. >you've tried everything
  45. >even straight up telling her to stop following you
  46. >nothing ever works
  47. >but you get an idea
  48. >an idea so crazy it might just work
  49. >after putting a bit of thought into it, you start your next sentence
  50. >"Today you are how? Well quite slept actually I. Tonight for plans interesting any got?"
  51. >she doesn't even bat an eye before answering
  52. >"Good very I'm! Well slept you glad I'm! Invited are you and, Anon, tonight party amazing most biggest the hosting I'm!"
  53. >you give up
  54. >there's nothing you can do to even faze her
  55. >you walk around her and continue towards Ponyville
  56. >your house was just slightly outside it
  57. >it was the only one available when you got here
  58. >but it only took you like a minute to get to town anyway
  59. >a minute now, however, seemed like eternal torture
  60. >now you had to listen to this pink fucker speak backwards all the damn way
  61. >it's not like you understood any of it anyway
  62. >to you it was just random words in a sequence
  63. >you've only been up for twenty minutes and you're already boiling over
  64.
  65. >a stroke of genius hits you from the heavens
  66. >why didn't you think of this before
  67. >fight fire with fire!
  68. >you turn your head towards her and begin speaking
  69. "So, Pinkie! I had the weirdest dream tonight! I was a giant dinosaur and I was destroying all of Ponyville! I was all 'Rarr! Wroosh! Roar!' and it was super cool and amazing! You should have seen your face when I grabbed Sugarcube Corner and ate it!"
  70. >for just a moment, Pinkie looks surprised
  71. >dear God, please let it work
  72. >"Oh my gosh! That really IS amazing! Maybe we could play dinosaurs together! We could even build a miniature Ponyville and smash it! And then -"
  73. >there was nothing to do
  74. >she never fucking quit
  75. >you're shaking with anger as you enter the town
  76. >your fists are clenched, ready to punch
  77. >you've been close to beating her multiple times
  78. >but you never do
  79. >spending years in jail doesn't sound too fun to you
  80. >as you enter town, Pinkie finally says "Bye!"
  81. >but you know that's not true
  82. >she's watching you from behind boxes
  83. >inside bushes
  84. >anywhere she can hide
  85. >you sigh and think
  86. >you can barely remember why you even came here
  87.
  88. >Pinkie has an amazing ability to drive your mind blank
  89. >and even though it probably won't help at all, you feel the need to shout
  90. "DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW ANNOYING YOU ARE, YOU CUNT?!"
  91. >ponies on the street stop and stare at you
  92. >you don't care any more
  93. >they can stare all they want
  94. >you huff and puff, trying to calm down
  95. >all you want to do right now is push her shit in
  96. >"Anon?"
  97. >you turn at the sound behind you, ready to strike
  98. >luckily you stop yourself as you see not Pinkie, but Twilight
  99. >she looks concerned
  100. >you calm down just a little
  101. "What do you want?"
  102. >you didn't mean to sneer at her, but you can't help it
  103. >it doesn't seem to affect her
  104. >"I want to talk to you. In my library."
  105. >her voice and eyes speak of her concern for you
  106. >she didn't even ask
  107. >she just ordered you there
  108.
  109. >you're fucked
  110. >when Twilight is worried, this kind of worried, something's up
  111. "All right."
  112. >you walk next to Twilight
  113. >slowly walking to the library
  114. >you keep your eyes plastered to the ground
  115. >but the one time you look up, you spot Pinkie
  116. >she's lying on a roof, watching the two of you
  117. >you immediately feel the anger rising within you
  118. >your fists clench as you watch her
  119. >she just gives you that cheeky smile
  120. >the same one as always
  121. >before doing anything drastic, you turn your eyes to the ground again
  122. >you curse internally and keep going
  123. >after a few minutes of walking, you get to the library
  124. >Twilight opens the door and you go inside
  125. >what you see isn't quite what you expected
  126. >Dash, Rarity, Applejack and Fluttershy are all there
  127. >they're sitting around the table
  128. >their conversation stops the moment you enter
  129. >all eyes are on you
  130. >except for Rarity's
  131. >she's looking into the table
  132. >Dash looks angry
  133. >Fluttershy scared
  134. >Applejack disappointed
  135. >what the fuck is all this?
  136. >you look back to Twilight who simply nods at one of the empty chairs
  137.
  138. "'This about the drug smuggling?"
  139. >Twilight looks at you in surprise
  140. >"No, what? Please, just sit down."
  141. >you reluctantly go to the chair and sit down
  142. >Fluttershy scoots away as you sit
  143. >"Hmpf!"
  144. >Rarity doesn't sound too pleased
  145. >you look to Rainbow Dash
  146. >she's glaring daggers at you
  147. >her chest is rising and falling abnormally fast
  148. >Applejack just has her hooves on the table, staring
  149. >she reminds you of your father
  150. >that same, disappointed stare
  151. >it sickens you
  152. >Twilight sits down next to you
  153. >there is total silence in the room for minutes
  154. >your eyes go from pony to pony
  155. >you're not sure what to make of all this
  156. >not sure if you should say something
  157. >you're not even sure why you came to Ponyville today
  158. >all the while Pinkie is probably watching you through the window
  159. >that cheeky cunt can't respect any kind of privacy
  160. >you feel the anger rising within you
  161. >what the fuck are these ponies' problem anyway?
  162.
  163. >you're not sure what's going on here
  164. >none of them have said anything anyway
  165. >you can't remember the last time all of you were together
  166. >this is a good chance to tell them about Pinkie
  167. "Guys, I think there's something wrong with Pinkie. She's -"
  168. >"No SHIT, there's something wrong with Pinkie!"
  169. >Dash sounds absolutely furious
  170. >Applejack puts a hoof on her shoulder to calm her down
  171. >"What the fuck did you do to her!?"
  172. >what the hell is she on about?
  173. >"And don't you give me that crap! Like you care! You're a heartless bastard!"
  174. >you look around at all the ponies
  175. >you have no clue as to what is going on
  176. >"Pinkie doesn't even leave her room any more! And it's all thanks to YOU!"
  177. >wait what?
  178. >you know for a fact that Pinkie was outside today
  179. >you saw her!
  180. >maybe this is some kind of terrible joke
  181. >maybe they've all gone crazy
  182. >this is all so very strange
  183.
  184. "But that's not true! I saw her just fifteen minutes ago! I spoke to her!"
  185. >"Oh, so now you're a liar too?"
  186. >Rarity sounds almost more furious than Dash did
  187. "She was outside of my door! She's been stalking me for weeks!"
  188. >all of the ponies just stare at you
  189. >the only one who doesn't seem angry is Twilight
  190. >she looks at you with immense sadness in her eyes
  191. >"Pinkie hasn't left her room in weeks! You're a lying bastard!"
  192. >Dash is screaming at you
  193. >it's taking Applejack all of her strength to keep the pegasus in check
  194. >you stare at Dash in disbelief
  195. "Are you all crazy? What the hell is wrong with you?!"
  196. >you have no idea what these ponies are pulling
  197. >but it is getting you madder with every second
  198. >you have to prove it to them somehow
  199. >you look around for a window
  200. >there is one behind Twilight
  201. >and just as you thought, Pinkie is staring right at the whole thing
  202. "Look! She's RIGHT THERE!"
  203. >you point at the window
  204. >all of the ponies' heads turns towards it
  205. >they all look at it for a while
  206. >you're pointing right at Pinkie
  207. >she's just smiling at you
  208. >"Anon, please."
  209. >Twilight sounds so very worried
  210. "What?!"
  211. >"Anon, there's no one there."
  212.
  213. >you don't give yourself time to process what Twilight just said
  214. >you get up immediately and open the door
  215. >with your brain going at full speed, you run towards Sugarcube Corner
  216. >ponies on the way barely have time to get out of the way
  217. >all the while you see Pinkie following you
  218. >but you can't focus on that right now
  219. >all that's on your mind is getting to Sugarcube Corner
  220. >you get there in less than two minutes
  221. >your legs are burning
  222. >as you open the door you hear Mr. Cake's voice
  223. >it sounds displeased, but you hear not his words
  224. >you just rush up the stairs
  225. >up to Pinkie's room
  226. >you knock on the door
  227. "Pinkie! It's me, Anon!"
  228. >from inside you hear a frightened shriek followed by sobbing
  229. >you knock again
  230. >"Pinkie! Open the door!"
  231. >she's saying something
  232. >you put your ear to the door
  233. >"G-giggle at t-t-the ghost-sties."
  234. >"Hey!"
  235. >you turn to face the stairs
  236. >Mr. Cake is standing there, glaring
  237. >"You're not welcome here! Get out!"
  238.
  239. >you're not ready for more of this shit
  240. "What the hell did I do?"
  241. >Mr. Cake snorts
  242. >"You verbally attack poor Pinkie like you did, and now you just pretend not to know? You're a real A grade jerk, you know that?"
  243. >verbally attack Pinkie?
  244. >you did lose your shit with her one day
  245. >screamed and shouted at her in the street
  246. >but she was acting like a complete cunt
  247. >pretending not to know about her following you
  248. "But Pinkie's been following me around all day for weeks! She's never fucking stops! She's ALWAYS there!"
  249. >Mr. Cake just shakes his head
  250. >"You're a real nutcase, you know that? She's been locked up tight in there the past three weeks because of you! She's afraid of going outside! Afraid YOU are there!"
  251. >in that moment the bell over the door rings
  252. >you see Twilight and the gang entering the store
  253. >"Mr. Cake, we'll take it from here."
  254. >he just snorts and goes back downstairs
  255. >Twilight is the only one to walk up the stairs to you
  256. >she's still looking at you like a concerned mother
  257. >"Anon, please. You have to come with me. You need help."
  258.
  259. >you exhale slowly
  260. >you can't handle anything right now
  261. "Yeah... yeah, okay."
  262. >Twilight puts a hoof on your chest
  263. >she gives you a weak smile
  264. >in silence the two of you walk downstairs
  265. >from inside the room, you hear Pinkie speaking
  266. >"P-Pinkie, you g-gotta s-stand up t-t-tall... learn t-to fa-face your f-fears."
  267. >it brings a tear to your eye
  268. >nobody says anything as you exit the shop with Twilight
  269. >the rest of the ponies stay behind as per Twilight's request
  270. >once you're outside, you start the journey back towards the library
  271. >you see Pinkie on another roof, watching you
  272. "But she's right there."
  273. >you just mumble to yourself
  274. >but Twilight looks, too
  275. >and she sighs
  276. >the rest of the trip is walked in silence
  277. >inside the library you slump into the chair again
  278. >Twilight, once more, sits down next to you
  279. >she puts her hoof on your hand
  280. >"Anon, when did you start seeing Pinkie like this?"
  281. "Four weeks ago."
  282. >you're answering automatically
  283. >you don't even think about it any more
  284. >"And she's always there?"
  285. "Always."
  286. >silence falls upon you
  287. >Twilight breaks it with a quiet sigh
  288. >"Anon, I don't know what's wrong with you, to be honest."
  289. >you slump further into the chair
  290. >"But Pinkie had her heart broken from what you did."
  291. >here comes the guilt
  292. >"Anon, Pinkie loved you like none other. What you did broke her. She isn't the same any more."
  293. >and here comes the tears
  294. >streaming down your face
  295. >"There may be something wrong with you, but Pinkie needs help more. She needs you."
  296.
  297. "But Twilight, she's afraid of me. She won't speak to me. What can I do?"
  298. >Twilight no longer looks concerned
  299. >her face is all anger now
  300. >just like the rest of them
  301. >"I don't know, Anon, and frankly, I don't care. YOU made this mess, and you're going to clean it up. One of my best friends has been in her room for three weeks, and it's YOUR fault."
  302. >the tears never stop
  303. >they keep coming as Twilight scolds you
  304. >"I swear to Celestia, Anon, you better get our Pinkie back."
  305. >you look to her with pleading eyes
  306. >hell's fury stares back
  307. >"Get out."
  308. >she points her hoof at the door
  309. "Please, can't you help me?"
  310. >"We've tried for three weeks, Anon. I only brought you here to help you with your mind. I suspected something was wrong with you. An enchantment or the likes. But this is simply your own mind playing tricks on you. I can't help you. Now, go."
  311. >with all of your might you get up
  312. >slowly you walk towards the door
  313. >you take one last look back at Twilight
  314. >she doesn't even look at you
  315. >with tears still creeping down your cheek, you exit the library
  316.
  317. >with no idea how to get to Pinkie, you start walking out of Ponyville
  318. >Mr. Cake would never let you in
  319. >Pinkie is afraid of you
  320. >how would you ever talk to her?
  321. >there's no chance for you
  322. >as soon as you leave town, happy Pinkie is back
  323. >"Hi, Anon! Where are you going?"
  324. >you don't care to look at her
  325. "Somewhere."
  326. >"Oh, that sounds cool! Can I come?"
  327. >you sigh
  328. "You're going to no matter what, aren't you?"
  329. >"Yup!"
  330. >as you walk through the fields around Ponyville, Pinkie keeps talking
  331. >about everything she can think of, it seems
  332. >you block it out for the time being
  333. >as you slowly walk towards the hill outside town
  334. >all the way Pinkie keeps talking
  335. >but for the first time ever, you're able to ignore it completely
  336. >you know it's not Pinkie
  337. >she's in her room
  338. >scared and alone
  339. >because of you
  340. >you're not exactly sure why you're going out here
  341. >but you need time to think
  342. >granted, it's difficult with happy Pinkie around
  343. >but it will have to do
  344. >the trek up the hill was tough, but you managed
  345. >as you stand on top of it, you can see all of Ponyville
  346. >you can even see the Everfree Forest from here
  347. >you sit down and look at it all
  348. >just take it all in
  349. >there is no sound except for the wind
  350. >no sound
  351. >Pinkie isn't talking
  352. >you turn to face her
  353. >she's sitting there, next to you
  354. >looking out at everything with you
  355. >for a moment you just sit
  356. >in complete silence
  357. >"Anon?"
  358. >you turn to face Pinkie
  359. >her eyes are wet
  360. >"Why do you hate me?"
  361.
  362. "I don't."
  363. >she doesn't change her expression one bit
  364. >after taking one last look at Ponyville, you get up
  365. >you continue walking over the hill
  366. >Pinkie follows you in silence
  367. >as you descent from the hill, she kicks a few rocks around
  368. >but she never utters a word
  369. >once you're down, you continue walking
  370. >Pinkie starts humming
  371. >you don't know the song
  372. >it's a happy tune
  373. >although you aren't very happy yourself, it's better than listening to her rambling all the time
  374. >you continue like this for half an hour
  375. >walking alongside a humming Pinkie
  376. >as you get past a small patch of trees, you see the ocean
  377. >it is so vast and so very blue
  378. >all the mysteries it must hold
  379. >you continue down to the beach
  380. >nobody's around
  381. >you move right down to the edge of the water
  382. >and there you sit
  383. >you look out at the water
  384. >in the horizon you see land
  385. >you wonder if that is the kingdom of gryphons
  386. >you wonder if Celestia truly rules all of Equestria
  387. >you wonder why you came here to begin with
  388. >you take a deep breath
  389. >the salty air is refreshing
  390. >Pinkie is drawing something in the sand
  391. >you can't quite tell what it's supposed to be
  392. >but at least she's quiet during this moment
  393. >not for long, however
  394. >"Anon?"
  395. >you look at her again
  396. >her eyes are dry, this time
  397. >but her face tells of her concern
  398. >"If you don't hate me, does that mean you love me?"
  399.
  400. "Shouldn't you know the answer is yes? You're a product of my mind."
  401. >this time, Pinkie smiles at you
  402. >"I love you too."
  403. >she returns to her drawing in the sand
  404. >the smile still plastered on her face
  405. >you feel just a slight beam of happiness inside you
  406. >with a sigh you once again turn your eyes to the ocean
  407. >you sit here for hours
  408. >Pinkie has kept drawing the entire time
  409. >erasing her old ones with new, fresh sand
  410. >you never understood any of the drawings
  411. >but it kept her occupied
  412. >the sun is going lower
  413. >getting close to the horizon
  414. >the sky has turned red and golden
  415. >it's quite a beautiful sight
  416. >inspiring, even
  417. >once the sun hits the every edge of the horizon, Pinkie looks up
  418. >she smiles at the sunset
  419. >and then she looks to you
  420. >for a moment she just looks
  421. >she doesn't speak
  422. >she smiles at you as you watch the sun dip below the water
  423. >you feel something wet on your cheek
  424. >you look to see Pinkie lower her head back down
  425. >with two fingers you touch your cheek
  426. >it is most definitely wet
  427. >"I love you, Anon. And I'm not fake. You felt that kiss, right?"
  428.
  429. "What is real? If you're talking about what you can touch, what you can taste or see, then real is just electrical signls interpreted by your brain."
  430. >Pinkie giggles at that
  431. >you don't really know why , though
  432. >she sits back down to finish her drawing
  433. >now that the sun has set, darkness slowly claims the sky
  434. >it seems Luna's time to reign is here
  435. >yet you sit here, at the beach
  436. >not moving an inch
  437. >staring at the dark, calm waters
  438. >wondering what could be down there
  439. >maybe Atlantis is here in Equestria
  440. >as the stars come out, you shift your eye to them
  441. >they are so very beautiful
  442. >and there are so many of them
  443. >so many stars in the sky
  444. >twinkling and lighting up the night
  445. >you try to count them all
  446. >although you probably counted many of them twice, you continue
  447. >it is relaxing, sitting here
  448. >counting the stars
  449. >simply watching the world live and grow
  450. >"Anon?"
  451. >once more, you turn your head to Pinkie
  452. >this time, she's smiling
  453. >but she doesn't ask you any question
  454. >instead she moves closer
  455. >smiling at you with her eyes
  456. >you don't stop her
  457. >after all, she isn't real
  458. >and because of that, you let her kiss you
  459. >she plants her lips right on yours
  460. >and she kisses you with such passion
  461. >such happiness that you may never know
  462. >you even close your eyes and kiss back ever so slightly
  463. >when she breaks it, you almost feel empty
  464. >like there's something missing
  465. >"I love you, Anon. And I would do anything for you."
  466. >"So tell me, was that just an electrical signal, Anon?"
  467.
  468. >you feel it starting to come back
  469. >the anger and fury
  470. >the helplesness
  471. "Yes it was, because I'm fucking going insane!"
  472. >you're practically screaming in her face
  473. >yet she just sits there, a smile upon her lips
  474. >as you're huffing and puffing, she smiles
  475. >as you scream in frustration, she smiles
  476. >as you punch the sand beneath you, she smiles
  477. >you wish yourself dead
  478. >free from this pain
  479. >nothing you do seems to affect her at all
  480. >when you finally slump onto your knees in the sand, she speaks
  481. >"Oh, Anon..."
  482. >her voice is sweet
  483. >gentle
  484. >motherly love covering every word
  485. >she puts a hoof to your cheek
  486. >you hold it with your hand
  487. >it all feels so very real
  488. >here she is, right in front of you
  489. >but she couldn't be
  490. >you KNOW she's in her room back in Ponyville
  491. >a tear creeps down your cheek as you look at her
  492. >still smiling, she speaks to you
  493. >"Anon, I'm real. Can't you see it. I'm right here. And I love you. Won't you love me back, Anon? Please?"
  494.
  495. "Prove it. Lets go back to Twilight. She needs to know you're OK."
  496. >Pinkie sighs, but she does get up
  497. >as do you
  498. >"Let's go then."
  499. >you don't reply
  500. >you simply start walking
  501. >it'd be a long trip back to Ponyville
  502. >but you would have to return there somewhere
  503. >you don't know how ponies anywhere else would react to someone like you
  504. >Pinkie and you walk in silence
  505. >she isn't even humming at this point
  506. >she simply walks next to you through the grass
  507. >up the hill and down again
  508. >more and more land disappears behind you
  509. >until finally you see Ponyville in the distance
  510. >calmly and silently you enter the town
  511. >there's not a single pony around
  512. >they must have all gone to sleep
  513. >but you don't care
  514. >you've got a mission
  515. >this is the last time you'll see this Pinkie
  516. >you'll finally be able to focus on the real one
  517. >as you reach the library you sigh in relief
  518. >you knock loudly on the door
  519. >a few minutes pass
  520. >the door finally opens
  521. >"Uhh... Anon? What are you doing here? It's night."
  522. >Twilight looks groggy
  523. "I just need you to listen to Pinkie, here."
  524. >you point towards Pinkie behind you
  525. >"Hi, Twilight. I just wanted you to know I'm okay."
  526. >Twilight just blinks once
  527. >"Is that it, Anon? You brought Pinkie here to tell me she's okay? Of course she's okay. Goodnight."
  528.
  529. >Twilight is about to close the door
  530. >but you slam your hand into it to keep it open
  531. "Hold on! What the fuck are you on about?! A couple of hours ago you said Pinkie was in her room and had been for 3 weeks! You couldn't see this one when I pointed right at her!"
  532. >Twilight simply stares at you like you're retarded
  533. >"Anon, what are you talking about? You haven't been here all day."
  534. >you feel dizzy
  535. "B-but, I was here, and -"
  536. >"Anon, I think you need rest."
  537. >Twilight sounds concerned now
  538. >but she hated you earlier this very same day
  539. >you don't understand
  540. >"I'll take care of him, Twilight, don't worry."
  541. >Pinkie Pie reassures Twilight of your safety and the door closes
  542. >you need to sit down
  543. >and the closest place to do so is the ground
  544. >with a 'thump' your ass hits the dirt
  545. >your head is spinning and your stomach is churning
  546. "H-how?"
  547. >Pinkie Pie pats your head and caresses your cheek
  548. >"Shh, it'll all be okay, Anon. You must have had a bad day. Maybe it's stress."
  549. >she sounds so comforting
  550. >so peaceful and motherly
  551. >your head still spins as she keeps patting you on the head
  552. >"Anon, are you going to be okay?"
  553.
  554. >you hide your face in your hands
  555. >all you want is for the world to stop spinning and your stomach to settle
  556. >"Anon? Are you all right?"
  557. >you ignore Pinkie for the time being
  558. >you just focus on the blackness before your eyes
  559. >slowly it starts helping
  560. >sweat is dripping off of you like a waterfall
  561. >your heart is pounding so very hard in your chest
  562. >you're not sure if there's time travel or alternate worlds
  563. >honestly, you don't trust anything any more
  564. >anything could happen at this point, it seems
  565. >you feel the need to go to a certain place
  566. "We need to go to Sugarcube Corner. Right now."
  567. >Pinkie looks confused at that
  568. >"Why?"
  569. >you get up and look at her
  570. "We just need to. Something's wrong here. Your room is the answer. I know it."
  571. >you don't wait for her resposne
  572. >she follows you as you walk
  573. >"What's so special about my room?"
  574. >you don't look at her as you reply
  575. "Because that's where... where..."
  576. >you don't remember why, exactly
  577. >but you knew SOMETHING was there
  578. >you just knew it
  579. >"We just have to."
  580. >the rest of the journey is completed in silence
  581. >Pinkie opens the locked front door and you rush up the stairs
  582. >you stare at the door to her room
  583. >this is it
  584. >you gulp
  585. >you're sweating like a pig on a summer day
  586. >you gently push the door open
  587. >the room is dark
  588. >with a careful step, you enter
  589. >you look around
  590. >this is Pinkie's room all right
  591. >but there's nothing here
  592. >just her furniture
  593. >"Anon, why did we come here? What's so important about my room?"
  594.
  595. "I... I don't know. I just..."
  596. >Pinkie puts a hoof on your arm
  597. >she smiles gently at you
  598. "I just... it felt like we needed to be here."
  599. >"It's okay, Anon. You're probably just tired."
  600. >she was probably right
  601. >you did feel pretty tried, actually
  602. >a yawn escapes your throat
  603. "Yeah, I'm just gonna wait here and keep you company. I need a place to stay after all."
  604. >Pinkie's smile widens at that
  605. >"You really want to stay here? With me?"
  606. >you nod at her
  607. >her eyes stare right at yours
  608. >happiness spreading from her to you
  609. >you would kiss her in this very moment
  610. >if it wasn't for the fact that she just leaned in and did it for you
  611. >you go down to your knees to ease the access
  612. >Pinkie's lips taste amazing
  613. >like all the most amazing pastries
  614. >but most of all, she tastes like Pinkie
  615. >the kiss is long and so very passionate
  616. >neither of you open your mouths
  617. >there is no need for tongues
  618. >for you have love to replace them
  619. >yes, you love Pinkie
  620. >love her so very dearly
  621. >there is nothing bad about her
  622. >she truly is the perfect mare
  623. >the greatest mare in all of Equestria
  624. >the two of you break the kiss
  625. >as you do, you already long for more
  626. >you want this pony all to yourself
  627. >just you and her forever
  628. >Pinkie smiles at you and giggles
  629. >"I love you, Anon. You're fantastic."
  630.
  631. "Fuck you, Pinkie."
  632. >you blurt it out before thinking
  633. >Pinkie, however, doesn't look surprised
  634. >she just looks concerned
  635. >before you can apologise, you feel nausea coming back
  636. >and the world starts spinning again
  637. >"Anon, are you all right?"
  638. >Pinkie's voice seems so distant
  639. >yet so very close
  640. >like it's coming from your own head
  641. >you put your hands on the floor to support yourself
  642. >all you want to do is puke, but none ever comes
  643. >everything is so blurry
  644. >you're having trouble focusing
  645. >it's like someone is inside your head
  646. >moving bits and pieces around inside you
  647. >you grunt in pain
  648. >all you want is for it to stop
  649. >and all of a sudden, it does
  650. >you take a deep breath
  651. >you pant as you look at the floor
  652. >Pinkie's hoof is on your shoulder
  653. >your head is still throbbing
  654. >you try to remember what just happened
  655. >but no matter how hard you think, nothing seems to come you
  656. "W-what happened?"
  657. >Pinkie rubs your shoulder gently
  658. >"You just said love me, don't you remember? It just happened."
  659. >oh, yeah, you did
  660. >you calm down after that
  661. >you did love Pinkie so very much
  662. >your perfect mare
  663.
  664. >your head is still hurting, though
  665. >you still remember... something
  666. >yes, something happened
  667. >something different
  668. >you said something different to Pinkie
  669. >but you don't remember what
  670. >but it's there!
  671. >it's right there!
  672. >you said something and your head started hurting
  673. >if only you could remember!
  674. >in that instant, you do remember
  675. >not what you said, but a story Twilight told you
  676. >a story of the wedding between her brother and his wife
  677. >there were something called changelings
  678. >they could look like anyone
  679. >and apparently the queen could mind control ponies
  680. >your alarm bells are going off
  681. >as you look to Pinkie, you see it
  682. >ponies remember different things
  683. >your head starts to hurt and you change
  684. >it all fits!
  685. >maybe, just maybe she's a changeling
  686. >but how would you know?
  687. >if a changeling looks and acts like the pony, how would you be able to tell?
  688. >'Pinkie' is just smiling at you
  689. >she's probably plotting your demise
  690. >you've gotta think of something quick
  691. >something to figure out if it's her or not
  692.
  693. >Twilight never told you how to spot a changeling
  694. >but maybe they need to focus their magic to keep up the disguise
  695. >maybe, just maybe, if you hurt her, she will lose focus and you'll see if you're right
  696. >and if she isn't, well, then you have a whole lot of apologising to do
  697. >you get up and smile at her
  698. >she just smiles back at you
  699. >before wasting your chance, you jump up into the air
  700. >you put your feet together in the air and get ready to kick her
  701. >in that instant, you hear something far off
  702. >it sounds like... Twilight
  703. >she's yelling something
  704. >you can't make out what it is
  705. >but it seems Pinkie can
  706. >she looks up and away
  707. >and while she does so, you stop
  708. >right then and there
  709. >in mid-air, ready to kick Pinkie
  710. >you stop
  711. >you try to move, but you can't
  712. >you try to speak, but you can't
  713. >"Okay, coming!"
  714. >Pinkie yells, seemingly at no one
  715. >she looks to you with sad eyes
  716. >"Sorry, Anon, I have to go for now. But I'll be back later. Then we can have fun together."
  717. >she gives you a saddened smile and a peck on the cheek
  718. >she goes towards the door and opens it
  719. >all the while your brain is trying to process what is going on
  720. >she looks back to you one last time
  721. >with a tear in her eye
  722. >she smiles
  723. >"See ya."
  724. >as she exits the room and closes the door, the world disappears
  725.
  726. >Pinkie is walking down the hallway in the castle
  727. >Canterlot Castle had always impressed her
  728. >ever since her first time here, at the Grand Galopping Gala
  729. >yes, the home of the princesses was quite amazing
  730. >but now, looking at it, it brought sadness to her heart
  731. >for this was where he lived
  732. >the man she could never have
  733. >forever this place would remind her of it
  734. >she sighed a heavy sigh before opening the door to the hospital ward
  735. >she put on her best smile and enters
  736. >inside are all of the gang
  737. >Celestia is there as well
  738. >they are all crowded around a bed
  739. >in the bed sits Luna, goddess of the night
  740. >and next to her is he
  741. >Anon
  742. >the most amazing man in the world
  743. >in his arms lies a little being
  744. >a satyr, they called it
  745. >half human, half pony
  746. >his and Luna's child
  747. >she smiles and congratulate him
  748. >his happiness undeniable
  749. >as she looks at the child, she feels the sadness
  750. >that should have been hers
  751. >she should have been holding it
  752. >this isn't fair
  753. >it should have been Pinkie
  754. >she should have been the mother
  755. >the tears well up in her eyes
  756. >Anon simply gives her a "daww"
  757. >Pinkie excuses herself and leaves
  758. >in the hallway she breaks down
  759. >crying profoundly
  760. >caring not who hears it
  761. >cursing everything around her as the tears fall
  762. >feeling the strength leave her body
  763. >and in her room, in the grand castle
  764. >in that room lies two little dolls
  765. >one of a pink, happy pony
  766. >and one of a man
  767. >her man
  768. >the only man she could ever have
  769. >Anon
  770. >the greatest man in Equestria
  771.
  772. End.
