  5. Malignant Tension - A thick Tension fills the room, filling you all with an overpowering sense of dread. At the end of every full round, each combatant opposing Surveil loses a total of 2 combat stages in a stat or stats of their choice. If a single stat reaches -4 or lower, the affected combatant becomes Paralyzed and may not be cured of Paralysis until they have no combat stages at -4 or lower.
  6. Origin of Malice - A malicious aura similar to Rayquaza's seems to be present around the man, and is potent enough to physically lash out. When attacked, Surveil can choose to apply one effect: Iron Barbs, Counter Stance, Cruelty, or Danger Syrup. He can only use each of these effects twice a full round.
  7. Symbiotic Link - As long as the False Love (Dark Mew) is on the battlefield, Surveil may use any TM twice a full round.
  8. Aura of True Hatred - Wild Pokemon within five meters of Surveil will become Shadow Pokemon within two rounds. Shadow Pokemon within five meters of Surveil will become Demons within two rounds.
  9. Shaper of Nightmares - Once a full round, Surveil may rip a Dreamworld Espurr into being from the fabric of the Aether. These Espurr are wild.

Stars of Destiny - Surveil possesses a Star Globe as a weapon - normally a divining tool for those born without the powers of an Oracle, it is used in conjunction with a set of Tarot cards based on the Stars of Destiny. Surveil may draw a card once every personal round and either play it (swift action), stock it (free action), or use it to enhance the next card he plays (swift action). These cards may have a variety of temporary effects, such as raising combat stages on himself or his allies, guaranteeing a critical hit, providing temporary HP or damage reduction, and so on. A card's effect will be declared when first drawn, whether it is immediately played or not.

  12. Infinite Possibilities Aura - This Aura becomes any Legendary Aura present on the field.
  13. Destruction Aura - If the target of a Move used by the Possessor of Destruction Aura would Resist it or is Immune to it, it instead does Neutral damage. All passive damage (such as from weather effects, status effects, or spikes) the Possessor would deal is doubled, and Magic Guard, Sturdy, and other defensive Abilities cannot be activated against the Possessor.

  17. Love Aura - Possessors of the Love Aura may inflict one enemy combatant with the Infatuation status effect per round of combat. This may effect either gender or targets without Gender. Possessors of the Love Aura are also immune to Infatuation. Whenever you hit the Possessor of the Love Aura, roll a d20. On a result of 5 or lower, treat your attack as if it had the Keyword Recoil with a value of 1/4th, even if you are immune to Recoil damage

  21. Love Aura - Possessors of the Love Aura may inflict one enemy combatant with the Infatuation status effect per round of combat. This may effect either gender or targets without Gender. Possessors of the Love Aura are also immune to Infatuation. Whenever you hit the Possessor of the Love Aura, roll a d20. On a result of 5 or lower, treat your attack as if it had the Keyword Recoil with a value of 1/4th, even if you are immune to Recoil damage

  25. Chaos Aura - Whenever an opponent rolls to hit the possessor of Chaos Aura with a Move, Struggle Attack or Feature, they roll two d20’s and take the lower result. Whenever one of its combat stages would be lowered or be inflicted with a Status Effect as the result of a Move, Struggle Attack or Feature that hit it, roll d20; on a result of 11 or higher, the attacker is instead inflicted.

  37. Potent Pressure - All enemies within 3 meters of Surveil are Suppressed. This is specifically 1.05 Pressure, not playtest Pressure.
  38. Unnerve - Swift Action, At Will. One combatant within six meters of Surveil cannot gain positive combat stages or trade in food buffs for one full round.
  39. Telepathy - Surveil has +1 bonus evasion. He may disengage from friendly attacks as a free action.
  40. Memory Wipe - Swift or Standard Action to debilitate the enemy in a particular way.
  41. Starlight - Swift Action. Surveil becomes Luminous. Another swift action expends Luminous to gain +2 Sp.Def and +2 evasion for the rest of the scene.
  42. Levitate - Immune to Ground type moves, gains Levitate 4.
