PGP Format rules

1) No legendary Pokemon will be permitted; this includes every game trios (i.e. Zapdos, Raikou, Thundurus, etc.).
2) Dark Void is banned; Smeargle is fine though.
3) No duplicate Pokemon (Pokemon with the same Pokedex Number) or Items within a party.
4) Only Pokemon with Blue Pentagons (bred or caught via XY or OR/AS games) will be allowed).
5) All games will be played via a Nintendo 3DS.
6) All games will be played via Pokemon Omega Ruby / Alpha Sapphire.
7) All games will be played in Doubles Format under Flat Rules.
8) All games will be best of three.
9) All other Pokemon that are not restricted by the aforementioned are allowed to be used.
