Description: Standing at 5'6, this energetic cat isn't one to take lightly. She wears an open crop top white hoodie over a blue shirt and beige shorts, on her head she has a set of headphones with a cat outline accompanied with lightning bolts around it.

**__SKILLS AND ABILITIES__**
-Raiju Physiology: Raikiri can transform into a Raiju ("thunder animal" or "thunder beast") whose body is composed of lightning and can take the form of a white and blue tiger. She can also fly about as a ball of lightning and her roar sounds like thunder.

-Electrical Immunity: Because Raikiri is a Raiju she is immune to electricity, being completely invulnerable to direct and indirect effects.

-Electric Conductivity: Raikiri can generate and conduct electricity through her body, created or not, and discharge it through conductive media.

-Electricity Manipulation: Raikiri can create, shape and manipulate electricity.

-Bio-Electricity Manipulation: Raikiri can manipulate bio-electric currents that exist within all aspects of the body such as in the nervous system, heart, and muscles through the use of one's biofield.

-Bio-Static Manipulation: Raikiri can create, control, and manipulate bio-generated static electricity, an imbalance of electric charges and the potential energy stored within charged particles.

-Supernatural Condintion: Being a Raiju, Raikiri possess supernatural capabilities, attributes and aspects that are drastically beyond what is naturally possible. With her superhuman physique, she can move buildings, run at the speed of light, survive nuclear explosions unscathed, and remain active for days to weeks untired.

-Predatory Instincts: Raikiri possesses predatory instincts, allowing her to become a master of assassinating, hunting, manipulating, planning and tracking. With this ability she can instantly discern all factors of any situation and manipulate them so its the most optimal and favorable for her. Making her a master of manipulation, pursuit, and capture.

-Storm Manipulation: Because Raikiri is a Raiju she can sense, create, shape and manipulate storms, including strong wind, hail, thunder and/or lightning (a thunderstorm), heavy precipitation (snowstorm, rainstorm), heavy freezing rain (ice storm), strong winds (tropical cyclone, windstorm), or wind transporting substance through the atmosphere as in a dust storm, blizzard, sandstorm, etc.

-Custom Built Shock Gloves: These electric blue gloves harness the power of Raikiri's electrical generation and amplifies her striking ability along with adding an elemental edge, these gloves also allow her to channel her electrical power into concentrated power allowing a much added kick to her striking potential

Personality: Wild, devil-may-care attitude, will switch to kill mode if pissed off.

Background: Born of Raiju decent, Raikiri is the last of the current generation Raiju. Brought up by her father Raikou, she learned to be a much more adaptive fighter, increasing her response time and reflexes, conditioning her body to handle more punishment and to endure what would later be called "Whirlwind" which itself would be later enhanced through more training as "Lightning Speed". After her years of training under her father she was sent away to earth, to learn of the world that she would be roaming, and she still resides in to this day.
