Dexter's Island 1: cleaner ending, 10-15 seconds
Specter's Factory (both): mech quickhits, up to 30 seconds (not likely to get all of this, but at least 5-10 is likely)
Monkey Madness 1: better boss luck, 20-40 seconds? more? less? I don't remember exactly how it went.
Crumbling Castle 2: not re-entering City Park, 15 seconds
Dexter's Island 2: better RC Car monkey luck, 15 seconds

Other stuff:
Thick Jungle route (15 seconds)
visit 1, first beehive, skip last
visit 2, Sky Flyer area, suicide, end with last
Dark Ruins route (30 seconds)
visit 1, optimal any% (with windy..)
visit 2, top ruins fast/tower/green/suicide
